Their food is great, service excellent even though the dining in is closed for the moment but to go is still great!! Their fried food keep being crunchy for hours, and they are flexible with your orders, As a Chinese myself, they are very Cantonese, you can order the beef chow fun and have them press the fun more crunchy, they will do that for you or light on the oil or different combination you can think of. You know we are picky Chinese but they are willing to do that for you. If you want them to do light on the breading, they could too. I am very happy for my chow fun, veggie delight, deep fried won ton with meat, egg drop soup is great too, friend beans schezhuen style is great too. the deep friend wings leftover for the next day is still crunchy, amazing. My food took over an hour and half to get here, just to be completely disappointing. Not only that, the pork was not even cooked all the way in one of my dishes. Will not be ordering from here ever again.
?? +Very nice folks. Good food, diverse buffet. Clean facility decorated with authentic Chinese parifanaila. Everything was flavorful, and nothing tasted like it had been in the refrigerator for a week. Very inexpensive and quick in-and-out.
Ordered online. Received a confirmation within 5 minutes that the order went through with a delivery time. Called over an hour later (26 minutes past expected delivery time) wanting an update on the delivery. And was told they canceled my delivery because I'm over 6 miles away. GPS says 4.3 miles. But, never bothered to tell me they canceled the order!
Will not let you order it at the restaurant. Order online or by phone only.
I LOVE CHAN'S! As a transplant to the area I tried a couple places before I found CHAN'S. Before and now during the pandemic their delivery as well as pick up service has always been flawless. Every single item we've tried has exceeded our expectations. My husband says they have the best curry he's had in the US since moving from Ireland. I'm partial to their Chicken Lo Mein. When we order orange, sesame, or sweet and sour chicken, it's never mushy but always fresh and crisp. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable.

Sesame chicken was sweet and sour chicken coated in sesame seeds. Never had sesame chicken made like that in any place ever. Lo mein and the sesame chicken had pools of sauce / liquid at the bottom of the boxes.Do not recommend
I've been going to this place since my high school years which believe or not it has been over 10 years. Always liked dining in with my bestie. The food here is good, always get the orange chicken. Their online ordering for pick up is quick and easy to use with even a notification on what time it'll be ready and it's been pretty accurate. We always order a ton of food and it never disappoints. It can get pretty busy with pick up orders but it always seems that they are able to handle it.
Placed an order at 5ish. It was supposed to be here at 6:30ish at 8:00 the delivery showed up after I had already cancelled . The driver won't leave. He wants money or food back (he ditched the food on my doorstep). I called & spoke to owner because person on the phone told me I should call the cops if I wanted the driver to leave. The owner asserts that this is not their fault & refund will take 48 hours. They left the food here, I threw it out.
