I had the best service although it was really busy. My server (I believe her name was Ena) was attentive and the food was surprisingly really fresh and good. Highly recommend this location over the others in the area.
This establishment does not value customer service at all! On February 13, 2022 (Super Bowl Sunday) I mistakenly placed an order here and when I picked my order up it was ice cold. Not even luke warm. I called to advise the shift manager, Will and he promised to provide a full refund. A week went by and no refund. I called back and spoke to Will and he said he will process the refund. A few days later, I checked my account and he only returned $15, which was not a full refund as he promised. My order was $46. He lied! I called again and Will was not there. Instead I spoke to the “supposed general manager” and she was an even worse poor excuse of a manager as Will! She said they only give partial refunds for cold food. Apparently, they provide cold food so often they incorporated a policy. Extremely poor customer service! The GM offered to fix my order again. I told her I don’t want their food ever again and will take my business elsewhere! I suggest you do the same unless you like food at a refrigerated temperature and poor customer service! If I could give no stars I would! Spend your hard earned money where it is appreciated and let this poor excuse of a business fail and succumb to their competitors!
Came in for dine-in understood that the wait was long. We’re in a pandemic and short staff that’s very understandable. But There was no organization there. People just kept getting added on to tables, making my wait longer. If the full party is not there then why seat it? As well as why keeping allowing people to be added for tables making everything else slower and longer. I waited for over 30 minutes and someone else who came in 20 minutes after us was seated before. Very unfortunate experience without having to dine in.
I had one of the most uncomfortable experiences at a restaurant ever . My servers name is Jessica Lynn. I went and ordered some wings and some wedges and everyone around me ordered similarly to me and everyone got their food and I only got my wedges. 30 minutes passed and they never came out and I asked to cancel them and she said she would talk to her manager and take care of it . 2 minutes later some cold wings came out and I ate them cause she said she would take care of them . Later they made me pay for them and she stopped me at the door because she thought I was going to steal them. After terrible service last thing I needed was to be called a thief . Don’t come here the place was empty and the service was still terrible.

Started off as a 30 minute wait. I could tell they were short staffed. I saw 2-3 waiters/waitresses and they were bussing their own tables. Drinks and appetizers came out normal, but things went downhill once we ordered our wings. It took 45 minutes, no exaggeration, I set my stopwatch, to be told that the cook just put our order in. At that point we just paid for drinks and appetizers. We still gave the waiter a tip because it wasn’t his fault. He did give us the proverbial spill of “we’ve been busy today”, but you could tell he was still kinda new to the gig. Also didn’t want to be a Karen and destroy the poor kid. He is why it’s a two star rating and not one. Overall, I feel management does this location an injustice. It could also be the times we live in and no one wants to work, but I’m chocking this one up as a failure in leadership.
On my most recent visit, most of the employees were not wearing masks. The waitress I got wasn't wearing one either. As a food restaurant, you should really follow mask mandate. I ordered wings with sides. They brought the sides out first... the wings didn't come out till 15 mins later. My sides were cold by the time I got wings. I am not sure why they brought them out as if we had ordered them as an appetizer when we said we werent planning on getting an appetizers. The wings were so bland. The mac&cheese tasted awful. Boxed mac & cheese doesn't even taste as bad as their mac.
Came here today with some friends and had the worst service experience!! My friends received there food way before we did. When we got our food it was cold and didnt have sauce. She dropped off the food and did not once bring us refills extra sauce or anything. We flagged down another server who was there and got us some refils. Then to make matters worse she charged the wrong cards since we split the bill. Horrible experience. However, the other waitress and manager helped.
We sat next to an uncovered live wall outlet... The food was cold, it didn't taste good (we had wings) and you can tell the ingredients are cheap. Honestly the frozen boneless wings you get from the grocery store are better.
Ordered delivery which was probably my first mistake. However, when I got my food it was lukewarm at best, missing items & the fries were hard as a rock.
