It turns out the only difference between the Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger and the Big Bacon Cheddar Chicken are those last words, but those words are included neither on the ordering screen nor on the receipt.Speaking of the ordering screen, it also didn't show the second ordered item, the Baconator, which added confusion to the ordering process.Finally, the staff sounded impatient to receive our order and did not let us fully speak while trying to order.PositiveIt is understandable that the staff can be under pressure at times, and this interaction will not prevent us from visiting Wendy's locations in the future. I’ll be honesty, the Wendy’s app was a let down — I’m sorry to say. However the absolute swagger and professionalism of cashier Matthew at the front was world class. He was sympathetic to our issues and was able to help me out. Me and my friends left with a smile, great food, and a new friend. Thank you, Matthew. You could teach corporate a thing or two about customer service.

Was kinda late and drove from the Chicago Cubs game back to our hotel and seem lie all restaurants were closed and saw Wendy's was still open so we went thru drive thru and picked up our dinner. Delicious Chile among other things we got. Great dinner!?
Horrible experience I bought a $5 biggiebag they didn't have BBQ sauce and didn't give me any sauce, my nuggets were cold and they didn't have the cookies I wanted wouldn't recommend this one. I called they picked up said hello hung up and the tone after that every call.
Food was good, fries were hot nuggets were hot a d delicious!The person taking my order sounded like they weren't having a great day, I genuinely hope they're doing okay! I did not catch their name.
Breakfast is good, only reason I go. But all the employees are rude af. They rush you to order and finish, even when there’s no one else inside or in the drive thru. Then they forget my stuff, one guy looked right at me but didn’t come back to the window. When someone finally came, after I honked my horn (I can’t reach the window) the guy didn’t even let me finish talking before walking away to make the sandwich.
This is my local Wendy’s and the The drive thru orders are always wrong. I hate this place. Be sure to ask for a receipt.
After my survey that Wendy's charge me more then what on the menu the manager name Martin call my phone harassed me that I'm crying for $2 come back he will give me $2 back he see me crying for $2 and hang up the phone on me. That was rude in unprofessional.
