Mediocre customer service, avoid spring rolls. Their 9 piece spring rolls priced at $1/piece, were 1 inch pieces, and the wraps were dried out. Underwhelmed and not worth almost $10 for tiny pieces.

Friendly staff, quick service, and reasonable lunch prices. Portions are much smaller compared to other Thai restaurants but given current conditions, not surprisingly. Next time, I plan to eat at the restaurant and update ratings accordingly.

Today I ordered the Inbox Kee Mao and it was Great! It had the right amount of spice and the taste was Great! The service was very nice. I would recommend Thai inbox

Double check your order's accuracy and be wary of the spice levels. Although they are all marked with 1 chili, they are different in how spicy they are.We have eaten on occasion from this location for years and have never had a serious problem before. But recently our to-go order was taken wrong and our dishes came out with unexpected spice levels. They claim the order was read back to me but I do not believe so.Secondly, the dish we ordered level 3 was spicier than our level 5 dish. After calling about the issue, the man on the phone said that the dishes were made with different spicy ingredients so thats why the level 3 was hotter. On the menu they are both marked with 1 chili pepper which is confusing if one is spicier than the other. He did not seem to care about the problem despite my suggestion to change this. We will see...

Fresh spring rolls are not. Pad Thai noodles were chewy and flavor was just ok. Uninspired.

Good food, and great lunch special. Get a bit of everything.

My charge card was charged twice; the day of service (09/23/2021) and then the next day (09/24/2021). I called the restaurant to inquire about it, but was told they would call me back in 3 days because the receipts were at the manager's house and the manager is on vacation.I did call the bank. They helped me out.I plan to use cash at restaurants from now on.

Ordered through ubereats on Oct. 4th and the pad kee mao was decently flavored but the Tom yum seafood soup was tasteless. For $11, it was such a disappointment. It tasted like they forgot to put Tom yum paste, or any flavoring, in it. It wasn’t hot or sour, couldn’t taste the lemongrass or lime leaf that’s supposed to go in it, and I asked for medium hot but there wasn’t any spice level to it. It didn’t even taste like it had any salt at all. Might order again from them but never ordering the soups.

Delicious flavors, always fresh and warm. I usually take a delivery once a week or 2 weeks, never disappointed, my kids love it .
