S'nS now has ordering terminals inside. And 3 picnic tables with umbrellas outside. A great way to stay socially distant in this time of BA5 Covid!
They say that 3 strikes and your out but not me. I’m a glutton for punishment and today is the 6th and final strike. Huge lines outside that take forever. The indoor kiosks are either not working or you cannot special order what it is you want. The little staff they do have would rather stare at you than address you with even a “hi, welcome to Steak n Shake”. Nope they’d rather pretend you are not there.This used to be a frequent stop for me but never again. Over priced mediocre food at best. Oh and don’t bother calling they won’t even answer the phone. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.I give them 1 star ONLY because zero stars is not an option.I give them 3-6 months before the shut the doors.
Great food. Due to no one wanting to work you have to use a kiosk to order and pay for your food. No longer have waitresses. Staff they had was great.
Order yourself and pay, food gets brought to you, friendly staff. Clean space compared to other locations I’ve visited. Great food.
First time diner! Chicken Tenders great, fries not so much. Drive thru was friendly and fast.
Amazing dining-in service! Super fast food the good to get to us and the staff was super friendly and attentive!
