Keeps closing early without warning. Pay your people a living wage and you won’t be “shortstaffed”!

I’ve been to this starbucks multiple times during lunch breaks and just on my own time as well. Usually the staff is great, the drinks are amazing and everything is awesome. Today though, I was unpleasantly surprised and disgusted. My drink today was served with lint that had a hair attatched to it. I couldn’t finish my drink after I noticed it, and it was just a really gross experience. Not happy with my service today.

they worker told me and my friends we couldn’t do three orders so we had to go back around and then they didn’t let us order because they were “closed” and when we pulled up to the window they ignored us

staff is amazing here, everyone is so kind and welcoming here. definitely would recommend this to location. girl boss
this starbucks is AMAZING. they are incredibly short staffed. had a wonderful conversation with one of their baristas today. 12 employees had to leave for school! they are always open even when there’s only 3/4 people working. their hours have changed since there’s not enough people which is okay since there are 4 other Starbucks within 2-3 miles. and sometimes mobile orders are closed or the drive thru. but none the less they are OPEN. they are doing the best they can with what they’ve got. props to store 247 for their amazing efforts to stay open and keepup business despite the intense covid related labor shortage. ?????? good job everybody.
I walked in on Saturday 09-18-2021at 4:43 and it's closed. I looked at the sign for the hours and sure enough it closes at 5pm. Not cool. There was 5 more potential customers behind me and sure enough no service. All the workers were staring at us as sadly walk to our cars. Wellness return
