i mobile ordered a venti iced matcha latte but got handed a coffee with matcha powder at the bottom not mixed in. i told the barista that matcha lattes, as shown in the app, are green not brown. she made it again the same saying ingredients are low. if ingredients are low, the workers should be transparent and offer a refund. i don’t blame the workers completely, but i didn’t get what i paid for. also, my friend got a strawberry refresher and got a super watered-down drink, when there were 2 jugs of it visible. also, google says this location closes at 7:00pm, but the workers told me and my friends they close at 6:30pm when we were there at 6:15pm. i’m not sure if this is allowed either.

Made a mistake on an order and Ezra was so kind to stop and help correct it even though he was busy, also the lady that gave me the drinks was so sweet, I didn't catch her name but she had short black hair and glasses. It seems this store has good, patient, hard working employees as busy as it is this morning. Thank you! :)
Always clean, good food, and reliable service.
Disappointing place. Music too loud...had to ask to turn down. I usually ask for honey...they had none...I usually drink decaf...all out. Almost $4 for a coffee and they don't have the basics?
Do not come here! They have teenagers working here that are asking adults and kids for your medical information. Teenagers! Not even old enough to vote asking me about my personal medical Choices. Never again will I come here.
