I am not sure why this location has so many 1 star reviews? I ordered pizza last week and it was delicious???Was ready on time for a pick up and staff member was friendly ☺️
We found what might possibly be a pubic hair embedded in the cheese of one of the dishes ordered. We've never had issues before with this location before, but once is enough.
So disappointed. I ordered 5 pizzas for an account in the area. Tipped ahead of time, wish I hadn’t. Looked like they dropped all my pizzas and delivered them any way. Just sad
Ordered two pizzas for carry-out, get home, realize one pizza was half eaten and not what we ordered. Drive back. They realize they gave me the pizza that the workers had been eating while they worked. My pizza was on the shelf cold. No credits, refunds, or restitution. Worst pizza place I have been to.
If I could give this place no stars I would. I don't ever write reviews but honestly people need to know how this location treats their customers. Our family orders from this glenview location every time, and the last 4 times they have messed my order up. After this last time my My husband called, because he said we pay over $80 for their pizzas and every single time they’re is something wrong or missing from our order. we ordered a bbq pizza and it came with red sauce this time . When my husband spoke to the manager he apologized, and said they were extremely busy, so they wouldn’t be able to bring a new correct pizza out to us that night. He said they would put a credit on our account for next time though. We just called in to redeem our credit and the manager said he didn’t remember us, and that there was no credit on file. After 5 minutes of arguing with him, he said they could give us a discount on this order to make it right. Then he said, actually your home address is too far from us, and it will take over an hour to deliver so we needed to just order from a different location instead. So, Basically he just didn’t want to take care of a customer that orders regularly from them the moment we spoke up about their HORRIBLE service and the CONSTANT mistakes they have been making on our previous 4 orders. It is just disappointed at this point. They just lost a loyal customer.
Delicious as usual. I've eaten at most of their locations and they are always consistently good.
THE BEST main stream deep dish in town. Fiance & I ordered super super hungry on Sunday night. Fresh, Juicy roma style tomatoes, saucy, cheesy bready. Deep Dish for a mouth full of hearty Marinera. I was happy. I even took leftover's to lunch. They put a piece of foil on top to protect the cheese during food delivery. I never gave Rosati's a chance til that day. Will be coming back.
Have gone to this location for many years and so has my mother, may she rest in peace. Ordered from them weeks ago, pizza,pasta. Finally received my order, and the food was not even hot! Called the restaurant and spoke to the same Hispanic gentleman, always nice, but sometimes never accommodating. I let him know my concerns, he claims everything was hot when it left the restaurant. He kept arguing the point, till finally I said what can you do to make me happy. He couldn't give credit on the whole order, but he would give credit for the pizza. I said fine. I called a week later, to get the credit, and it was the same gentleman. He said no, I don't have a credit for you, and he then said are you sure it's the right location. I said yes, I talked to him about it. He was arguing with me, and lied about the whole thing. I was so upset and frustrated. I then contacted my rosati's pizza and filed a complaint against the restaurant. I still haven't heard from the owner. Today, I just called my rosati's, and the owner still hasn't responded. I then called the restaurant, and the same Hispanic gentleman, says he isn't there.Anybody who orders from this restaurant, take caution. They are not very reputable.
Over price you ! Been ordering for here each time they switch price . Rude scanmers. Especially cuacasian lady answering phone
