Came in for the first time. Place is small and the front counter is confusing. Waited at the first 2 registers and no one helped us. Didn't realize there was another 2 registers on the other side with the menu items we wanted. No one took our orders there either just to see someone walk up to the first register and got thier order taken care of. Had to wait in line even when we were there first. Then all of a sudden another staff member started taking orders at the second register we were just at. Staff some more training on how to take care of customers and acknowledge us. Ordered the food, and we ate and then left. Food was fine. Free bread was hard as a rock for my soup. Probably won't come back to this place. Other locations I've went to were fine and courteous.
Friendly staff and quick service. Manager on duty goes beyond call of duty to correct any issues and really takes care of her customers. Great neighborhood location with lots of families and professionals working side by side.
it's not where i would go for lunch, but coworkers wanted to go there, again They love chain restaurants, i dont. Soup was decent, but then so is Progresso.
Great soup and sandwich in serve yourself that's always dirty tables and floor.
I go there regularly. Today I ordered the chicken southwest salad or something like that. It was fine. I was very impressed with the portion size. I like the dressing they give you, there's a little tang in it which is very enjoyable.
For the curbside pickup you have to go inside beacuse order is never ready unless you go inside and worst thing people park on the curbside spot and go inside to eat. Every single time I go to this place is a mess! Fix your curbside pickup signs and have them for Curbside pickup not for the people that go inside to seat and eat. Very disappointed!
Awful service. Allowed us to stand in front of the breakfast menu you to decide what we wanted, only to then say,”Oh no! We are only serving lunch!”Made a salad choice. “We are out of the dressing for that !” So I said just substitute it! I’m fine with something else !I go back to the counter because there is wasn’t any dressing on the salad. Little attitude at the Register says, “ I told you we don’t have any repeatedly!”How many people does it take to figure out how to treat your guests and communicate!All this while there manager was present! She was useless and just as rude ! Never again!
Always happy to stop by, coming here for several years with no issue. Lunch, or just coffee break, wait time is usually very swift and employees are nice, management is friendly and usually helping at the front counter. Will keep coming.
I placed an order online and picked it up. They didn't put a blueberry cookie or whatever it called in my bag. It's not a first time when the workers at this location missing items. Horrible service. Very disappointing.
They got half of my sandwich just right! Somehow though, that didn't translate to the other half, and it was Missing the turkey and bacon. How is that possible?
