Lunch special ordered for dine-in but came with wrong sauce and appetizer choice. I waited patiently for correct order and it came spicy with same incorrect appetizer. Rather than wait once again to replace it - I let it slide. I asked the waiter after completing my meal if the Mongolian Chicken lunch special that I ordered normally comes spicy and he stated that there are any number of issues with the menu. After asking to see the menu again, I discovered that the dinner Mongolian Chicken has a red asterisk reflective of a spicy dish but the lunch menu for this item does not. I asked if he could discount the bill due to their error(s) and he offered 5% off the bill. I advised that I didn't feel that this was enough of a discount and asked if he could send over his manager. The manager came to my table and stated that they do not ever offer discounts and that the server must have been pressured by me to have offered the 5% discount to begin with. I disagreed and he, alarmingly, kept trying to argue his point. The manager even explained that his boss never agrees to discounts due to their weak profit margin on lunch specials. I held my ground and maintained that I had to at least realize the 5% discount that the waiter offered me on principle. The manager, begrudgingly, agreed to apply the originally offered 5% discount contingent on my leaving a tip. I let him know that this was my first and last time dining at this restaurant and that leaving a tip is solely at the customer's discretion and that I wouldn't dignify any further conversation about it as I felt like I was being hustled. What gets me is the sheer gall and unprofessional posturing that this manager exhibited and expected to get away with...
Was looking for a new Chinese takeout place, as some of the other local Chinese takeout places have become subpar. We decided to try this place based on a friend’s recommendation. Everything was excellent. We had ordered sweet-and-sour chicken, Governors chicken, beef chop Suey, and pork fried rice. Our only disappointment was that they do not make egg foo young. We will definitely be ordering from this place again. This is now our go to place.
I wanted to try the singapore noodles wasnt sure but the guy at the desk was super nice explained it had pork shrimp etc I told him I just wanted chicken and also got thai milk tea not as sweet as other places or creamy but also added tapioca which the guy gave me a sample to try before I decided to add it tapioca amazing the food was not spicy at all not a lot of flavor I dont know if they forgot the spicy sauce but the service is great I wasnt extremely satisfied but I’m glad I stopped by maybe If i tried another dish perhaps I would have been more pleased
A solid four stars - this is one of our go-to restaurants and the Chinese dishes in particular are very tasty and not too oily/salty. The menu is very extensive including the wide assortment of drinks (bobos, smoothies, etc). Portion sizes are good. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that some of the non-Chinese dishes don't hit the mark. I recently tried the Pho and Pad Thai, and they were not comparable to what you'd get at a Pho or Thai restaurant.
Just stopped in on a whim while shopping in the burbs. EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS! My 10 year old loved the spicy chicken and wonton soup. I had the Singapore Noodles and some legit pork egg rolls.
Best Asian food in the suburbs. Their Singapore Noodles are great as well as the Korean Chop Chae Noodles. All the soups are also amazing. Everything is very fresh and the staff is friendly.
Very good food, consistent quality and service over the years we’ve been ordering out from them.!
Do not expect to place an order online FROM THEIR WEBSITE, pay for the order in full, drive to the restaurant, and receive any food. You CAN expect to wait in line while their phone rings incessantly for 15 minutes until you get to the front of the line and are then told that they don’t have your order, it’s not their fault, and they have no way of refunding you — all while maskless. You can also expect to be blatantly ignored after being told they can’t do anything. No stars for no food and absolutely despicable service. Another guy in line got the same exact treatment so it’s not a one-off oopsie user error. Hmm. Chinatown Kitchen, a takeout only mom and pop, is just down the street with excellent food and polite service. And yes, I confirmed with my cc company that the restaurant did charge me for the order.

The best Mongolian beef I have ever had. The meat was so tender & plentiful. Only let them know the spicy level you want.
