Great food in a form of fastfood. No junk! Tasty and fresh.
Usually very happy with the orders in the past, but tonight family said the penne Rosa with grilled chicken was lacking sauce and noodles were dry. They urged me not to go to this location again. I won’t risk such a disappointing meal again. Also this location requires you to order on the app, even when at the restaurant. Everything is impersonal and all food is in stapled bags, so you can’t really know what yo have until you get home or open it up. I do have to say they had our order of bad food ready to go right away, which is no consolation.
Can’t eat in store.Can eat in at least 5 other places in this mall, but not here. They really should put a big sign in front that warns you away in that case.Also the Pad Thai is literally the worst, least flavorful Pad Thai I’ve ever eaten, regardless of where I was forced to eat it.Avoid this place like plague.
I ordered and paid for a regular soup and this is what I found in the bag. Is this really a regular?

Korean beef wasn't spicy even though it had 2 pepper ratings. However the flavor was amazing and food was delightful.
The team there is amazing! Each one talking to each other to move the process, they’re clearly short staffed but you can see them making adjustments to meet customer satisfaction. Lead manager is a great leader and will stay polite and attentive even when it’s crowded or crazy. Customer service is A1 ?
Terrible service, would not exchange coins for bills and were rude multiple times.
