This is my second time going to Mcdonald's before they closed, only to be refused service because they felt like closing early. Last time, I didn't say anything because it didn't seem worth it, but this time we had driven completely out of our way for one thing: ice cream. We pulled up to the drive-through with 15 minutes until they closed, but the machine-recorded voice (where a person should have been taking our order) claimed that they were closed. Well, the person in front of us was at the window being served, so we pulled up behind them. The staff member at the window took 10 minutes to get them their fries, but, still, we had a few minutes until they were closed. Unfortunately, after pulling up to the window, we were completely ignored. As frustrating as this was, we held our ground, and I'm glad we did. The staff member at the window started to tell us they only had fries and nuggets, only to be cut off by his manager who insisted they were closed. I'm sorry, but if you're open until 11, you're open til 11. The manager proceeded to yell at us in Spanish until we decided that a couple of ice cream cones weren't worth being harassed by a manager who doesn't know how to run his business. I wish I had gotten his name, but nevertheless, I would steer clear of this location. They close when they feel like it and are extremely hostile to guests. Imagine yelling at a couple of teenagers because they want ice cream while you are still (supposed to be) open.
This meal was freshly made, hot and delicious.

About half of the items I get from this location are inedible in the 3-4 times I’ve ordered from here. I am fond of McDonalds but I am not fond of THIS McDonaldsThings like recieving an Oatmeal at 8am that has a sticker that says “Enjoy by 5:41am” and a Sausage Egg and Cheese with meat that smells sour and is overcooked is pretty disappointing. For some reason I got double cheese without asking for it?This is only one of the orders and was finally enough for me to drop a 1 star review. $12+ can get you breakfast from a bunch of different places in Glenview - I wouldn’t spend it here.
Terrible customer service. They dont even go out of their way to use the McDonalds app. Instead they give you attitude. One Hispanic middle aged woman here is rude and unprofessional.
By far the worst and most rude location I just went there to get a twist cone and when I went to pay they asked if I had the diet coke i said no a twist cone. Then i went to the second window to grab the cone and he hands me a vanilla one I said no it was the twist cone he argues back and said you said vanilla cone I said no I said to his calling like multiple times and he just threw it in the trash and said one second.
I asked for a McChicken and this is what I got. Really upsetting not the first time!
Friendly associates and they work as quickly as possible to keep the drive thru line as a viable option. Never had an incorrect order, or mistake when receiving my items. Enjoy that most items are available all day long
Food was absolutely delicious! Everything was made fresh and hot!
