Don’t order for pickup… it won’t be ready at the time promised. Seems they’re short staffed no one’s even at the register. Saw a customer go behind the counter to refill his beverage because he was waiting so long. Ridiculous. Pay people their worth and you might be able to hire more staff.

Good service. Fresh food. I've taken out lunches and dinners and have never been disappointed. Before COVID I frequented another location west on Rand Road and dined on the outside patio. Consistent food quality across the two I've visited.

I’m in Chicago visiting and this was close to my hotel and OMG.. Everything was fresh and delicious ? even the pickle spear. I got the grill chicken croissant ? and Cesar Salad with thousand island dressing ..
Staff was slammed but they were handling it VERY well and the food always comes out better here than any other McAlister's! Keep it up!!
The food was fine but the service was not good. One person handing orders in the front. My parents and I ate in, and waited a long time before I went up to the front and pointed out our food that was sitting on the counter getting cold - carry out orders took precedence over those eating in. This location won't last long.
When I saw this deli open I thought, ho hum, just another deli.
Have had two visits to this location. The food tasted amazing and is always hot and fresh. The customer service is top notch and will keep me coming back. Also try out their sweet tea it's very good without being overly sweetened like some places.
Service was very quick! Food was delicious I try the King Club with potato salad everything was fresh Nice size portions for the price!
