I’ve given this place numerous try’s, but they always fail. On average it takes WELL over an hour to get a simple sandwich. Keep that in mind when ordering from this b place.
Placed an order at 12:20pm. Called the store but it says the number is not in service. After waiting 40 minutes I got in my car to drive to the store to pick it up only to see it was finally out for delivery. Came home and have been waiting another 15 minutes. Still no sandwich. Not very quick for a company that claims to be "freaky fast"...
Very infuriating. I ordered food with my friend Alanna at 11:41, it is now 1:50. No food yet. I have gone to the store only to see the orders already out for delivery. This was 50 minutes ago and still not delivered. The phones were down and no way to contact them. I just want my sandwich. I thought it was freaky fast delivery? It’s just a simple sandwich that takes 10 seconds to make i dont know why it’s taking 10 years to deliver. I’m usually quite a patient and not angry person, but I am hungry and I wasted my money. Thank you and do better
My friend Vicky and I placed an order for lunch at least an hour and a half ago. We called the store for an update several times but the phone number says out of service. Very upsetting. For sure not freaky fast. My food has still not been delivered for atleast 2 hours
The manager & the employees work very hard. Rogelio is a very friendly & dedicated manager who is always nice to customers. Great service.
Amazing service!!! I came here during my lunch hour and they were very busy to say the least, but that did not interfere with the friendly, well handled service they gave me. All of the employees were working so hard but did not allow the stress and pressure I’m sure they were feeling show. When the guy gave me my sandwich, who I learned is the manager Rogilo, he was so apologetic for the 7 minutes I had to wait all while he’s nonstop hustling - I should be the one feeling apologetic! Such a great experience and I definitely will be coming back!!
1.5 hours for a single sandwich delivery. Tried to call in to see what was going on with my order and the phone line is a dead number. Will be ordering from somewhere else from now on.

The guy at this Jimmy John's gave me great service and he was very busy working alone with no additional employees to help. He even apologized for making me wait while other customers were coming in before I entered. He even gave me a free fountain drink and chips.
Talk about freaky fast, I literally waited 20 seconds for my food. Shout out to the guy at the counter who spotted me the 42 cents. Great location
