Always great service and quality pizza
Nothing has changed from the last few years I got food there, still just average and overpriced , will try competition next time
Submitted an order to be scheduled for delivery through DoorDash. Order was supposed to be delivered at 7:00pm. Called store directly at 7:30 to check on status of order and was told they were having issues with DoorDash but it would arrive in 30-40mins. After an additional 45mins, I called again and was told it would be delivered by 8:30. Still no food. Called again and was told it would now arrive between 8:45-9. Food finally arrived at 9:00pm. Nothing was ever offered to us for the trouble and our order was now 2 hours late when it was submitted at 5pm for a 7pm delivery time. Clearly the staff are not on the same page as we were told three different things by three different people. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. Mistakes happen, but at least attempt to correct the problem. The order was over $70 worth of food.
Not sure what the deal is, but every time I ordered a deep dish pizza for take out, it's been wet and soggy. So much so that I needed to pat the top of the pizza with paper towels to get rid of the oils culminating on top of the entire pizza. Needless to say it makes the crust wet and soggy. Hope they can fix this but this is the 3rd time it's been this way.
The Chicago style pizza did not disappoint me at all!! We did a take out of 1 large The Lou’s customized it and added more veggies. It was extremely delicious!! We also got their veggie small pizza and added a few more veggies, it was yum!! I would definitely recommend this one!! Would love to go back and try other items on their menu!
I didn’t order anything but I called and the guy (his name was jaron) was so charming and sexy.
I’ve been ordering from this location for awhile and it never disappoints me. I usually get their deep dish spinach pizza.I love their service and quality. Their own delivery drivers are very friendly and arrive on time (or even earlier whenever it’s not busy).I always make sure to order directly from their app and/or online website. I’m collecting points from their Lou Malnati’s Rewards Program. I’m getting closer to the reward I want. I’m so glad that this location is open. :)

... and for the ease & friendliness of phone ordering and delivery. The cheese was also good, but the mistake I made with my first-ever Lou's pizza was agreeing to get a thin crust to satisfy my fellow diners. I should've stuck to my guns & insisted we get a deep dish version, being Chicago & all. The thin crust wasn't bad, but it was slightly undercooked and otherwise average. The sauce saved the day, slightly sweet with a "bright" flavor that convinced me to try Lou Malnati's again on my next visit - and to order my own deep dish pie.
