Horrible service , been at dunkin customer for a long time coffee is very watery , spoken to a manager before give me a free coffee not the point need to have better service and good coffee.

Horrible. I ordered 3 lattes and there was so much room on top, at least 2 inches. This is what I’m paying $5/drink for? No thanks.

Bruh first they never have donuts. No glaze or chocolate nor any flavor long Johns. Then they say they have strawberry banana smoothies then at the window no bananas. When they were charging the card back, they said she accidentally double charged us and then she had to pay us back double. I don’t know what’s going on.
I'm wondering what's the point of ordering ahead on the app if I'm going to watch them help 3 people that walked in after my order was placed just to make my cappuccino the wrong way.
It's a standard Dunkin donuts.
