I'd rather go to this Bonchon location than the one in Chinatown. There's alot more space to eat, they have different food options, and they serve different types of alcohol.The service was good and fast. They had our food out within minutes and it was very well done. You also have to go up to the counter and pay when your done. Some people might not like that, but I'm ok with it and see no problem with it.
I’ve been going here for years but service is inconsistent. I took my family there recently and we tried the other foods but they came a little burnt and the Korean tacos were very salty. Otherwise the soy garlic wings are generally the best to get.
The staff and workers there are incredibly kind and nice. I've got take out many times there and the food quality when it arrives at my house is amazing. The food, especially the chicken wings taste good. Very professionally run. When I went to actually went to the BonChon its very nice inside has many customers as well. Overall, love my experience there.
We drove in late from traveling and were greeted warmly by the owner with an incredible meal and superb service. This food was positively flavorful and generous. The atmosphere of a family-friendly restaurant, that is also open late, is unique.We cannot wait to return and sample more from the menu. Thank you for welcoming weary travelers home with a perfect hot meal.
YUM! Korean fried chicken is delicious and Bonchon Chicken is no exception. All food that I ordered was hot and fresh: Half & Half (Soy garlic and Spicy) and Korean Tacos. The restaurant was a little dirty, the service was slow, and the restaurant appeared to be under staffed. I myself enjoy spicy food typically at a Medium high/High heat level and the spicy wings here definitely fall into the High heat range so be warned. I think if Bonchon provided the ability to chose a heat level it would take it to the next level as the spicy wing flavor is very good. 4.0 (5.0)
We had a signature chicken combo with 6 wings and 3 drums. It was delivered to my home in a timely matter and I was extremely pleased with the chicken. They were big, juicy and very flavorful ( soy garlic and spicy sauces). All in all, very happy with my purchase!
Every time I've been to this BonChon to eat I have a satisfying experience. I like the soy garlic sauce like the soy garlic, and spicy sauces so I go for half & half. They have refreshing beer choices on tap. 99 cent 8 oz beer for the lunch special. The coleslaw is always fresh. The servers, and management are attentive to customer need or concerns. Going again soon.
Second time ordering from here and I love the chicken! I do think it’s a bit pricey, but the food is really good. The rice always taste fresh (You can smell/taste it when it isn’t) and the chicken reminds me of the chicken my bfs mom makes (she’s Thai and cooks all sorts of different Asian foods that taste amazing). Maybe something that could be added is small individual meals and sides to put with the meals from their main menu !Update: the chicken is still really good but today as I was finishing it for lunch, I found a hair cooked into the skin of one ?
The food quality was 10/10 but the service was 6/10. I felt very unwelcomed and not much of enthusiasm.
Very crispy, great flavor! Order the half & half, you get the sweet & the heat! So good that I almost went 2 days in a row!
