Called to make an order. She said 15 minutes. I came in 30 minutes. I paid. And waited 25-30 minutes. Then he gave me my 2 pizzas which were probably sitting in the back… and also they were sitting so long so it didn’t taste that great when we came home. The veggies got soggy etc.

They changed the pricing. It's 6.99 for the pie abd $1.00 for each topping. So a simple pie is not going to cost an arm and a leg. . I can see with the size of the pie. $.25 per topping or even pushing it $.50. But $1.00. It is way to much.
Fantastic pizza, great price. I got the Meat Lovers. Only $11 after tax for a decent sized pizza. ?
Food was OK but service and cleanliness was horrible and disgusting. There was no one in either Oberweis, Burger Joint, or Woodgrain and every single table was dirty. Staff were making their lunches and inattentive and taking up oven time. Big sign for taco pizza but when asked, not all toppings were available.The worst was the hot sauce bottles that looked like they had been sitting for months. Won’t be coming back.

We went out to Woodgrain the other day for lunch. It was super clean and had all the appropriate covid clearances for us to dine in. I was so excited to build a pizza and even more excited to eat out since its been a while. I was treated with so much respect! It was a amazing food, qnd quick cook time and I even got to enjoy a nice conversation with a few employees during my brief wait.I loved the experience and I cant wait to go back for more! Yummy
I had come in for the first time with my family and probably wont be coming back. It wasn't because of the food which was okay but the boy working the at the time. From the get go, it was quite obvious he was being passive aggressive towards me and my family. It was our first time so naturally we were asking questions and he was truly unhelpful and looked like he just didnt want to answer some things. I understand working customer service can be hard but I didnt notice him being rude to other customers there. At the end I asked if I could get a couple of waters and he just handed me empty cups without saying anything. I had to figure out myself to go to the water fountain. The least he could have done was direct me to the place. I even remember trying to make small talk (jokes) with him while he was making our pizza and he just wasn't having it. Again it's alright not to get along with everyone but I felt wholly unwelcomed by him and will not be coming back nor would I recommend the restaurant to any friends of mine, especially people of color (because it was apparent his attitude was different towards white people). Just thought everyone should know. Thank you.
delicious pizza at great prices. Glen Ellyn location a little confusing for parking... drive thru said oberweis. Geneva allows you to order/pick up from all 3 in the drive thru.
