Rude and slow. Most fast food places let you do two separate orders on drive thru. Not here.
Good hamburger, fries were warm and very salty.
Went through drive thru, order small meal & a medium meal. Got to the window, hands us 2 small drinks, ask for one to be medium as ordered, handed medium drink. When we get our food, the fry is not the right size, so we ask for medium fry, the employee at window gets some grief from another so we say we will of course pay for medium meal since we were not charged correctly. Employee behind the employee at the window says we will now have to go around to get our medium fry, which we had ordered in the first place. *never given receipt* I could not believe that instead of just fixing the mistake, again which we said we would pay for, they had the audacity to ask us to go around to correct their error! Very poor customer service!!!
came by this past friday night, don’t advertise that you’re open until 2am when you’re not. it was 8:20pm when we stopped by and were told they couldn’t take our order because they were closing now and they completely shut the lights off.
Incredibly rude and impatient woman runs their drive through window.She will rudely snatch your credit card, doesn't acknowledge your existence and talks over you while ordering. It's not hard to be pleasant... this location doesn't know the meaning of the word.
I'm very disappointed everytime I order through drive thru I never get the right burger. I was there bout 20 minutes and ordered a triple bourbon bacon cheeseburger large combo. got home opened up my order to find out that I got a triple cheeseburger not the bourbon bacon cheeseburger very disappointed
Web site said the lobby was open at 10am on Sunday. Just went there tiday, Sunday, at 11:45 am and lobby doors were locked. Asked at drive-thru why the lobby was closed and they didn't know why.
They rush you to order, they fry in old grease & sell the items to people! They don’t let you use the app for points! They customer service is horrible! They rush the order out the window as if it has all the items you ordered in it!

This location by far has the greatest staff and is the most efficient I've seen. All fast food places are struggling right now so I understand why they close at the hours they do. The burgers, fries, nuggets ETC are really good here and they get the sandwich right everytime I go.
