First time I’ve been here and the entire building looks abandoned… walking in… it was completely empty and I can see why.. this place is disgusting and the food is terrible. This place doesn’t deserve any stars at all. You have 0 customers and everything I touch is sticky when you have two employees that are behind the counter twiddling their thumbs. The food was also horrible. $28 for two meals and my burger was as thin as a McDonalds patty, dry, tasteless and the bun was as thick as a donut and also dry. You have employees who do not care what so ever and they don’t even know what they’re doing.When I left, the entire building was so smokey you can see a haze across the room as if they forgot to turn on the hood vents.This entire building needs to be shut down and replaced with something else.
Food was very good. Cooked burger and dressed the sandwich to order exactly as requested. It was a Cheeseburger. Seemed to be a better quality cheese than average.Store looked clean and maintained floors and even the grill area and hood seemed nice condition for lunch. The bottles on the shelving over the grill looked clean.One thing I would recommend is this location be more careful about in the future is the whole "understaffed" thing.When I walked in at 12:30 p.m., there was only one other customer waiting who had already ordered, and his food was already on the grill. The management had a sign up about being short-staffed. All the restaurants do. That wasn't my problem; I get that.The gentleman running the counter was the only person working the entire restaurant, but by the time I walked in, the single person before me had already ordered and was quietly seated and waiting for his order.The employee greeted me well, and told me they were short staffed, and it would be a while before he could take my order. OK. I figured he must have been working some big order, or he had some call-in order that would be showing up to pick up. No... The only burger on the grill was for the guy who was waiting. He completely finished the other guy's single, dine in order (already cooking) before even taking my order.I think the employee was quite capable of handling more than one order at a time! He just didn't think he had to. Again, quality was the best from a fast food "joint" located in a nice neighborhood since COVID (except Cane's). If I had known he only had one single order in front of me, I'd have just walked over to Raising Cane's.
Took way too long. 40 minutes to cook 2 burgers and it wasn't only us. My sons bun was burned. We went to another burger chain afterwards for him. Nearly every customer I heard apologies to them as well. No milk in milk machine, no napkins. Had to ask for ketchup. Staff was friendly though.
Four meals for 57$, which actually I was charged 85$ cause they messed up. They did fix that with no problem. But that's a big mistake.I'm all cool with getting food, but when I pay that much I expect the food to taste good.Not a sloppy mess.Food was nastyWill never ever go back there again.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I had their double cheeseburger and I amazed after the first bite! It’s hands down one of the best burgers available in the town! Very friendly staff and good food! Highly recommended!
Glen Ellyn location is hit or miss, but mostly miss. I've gotten a few good fresh burgers that were well put together. Mostly, I've gotten a greasy mess and the burger patty has a bunch of char from the grill on it. Not sure what's going on in that kitchen. Not looking to return anytime soon. Disappointing for a $7 hamburger.

Super disappointed. Been wanting to try this place for awhile. Finally drove out this way and went through the drivethru. They had me pull forward 45 minutes later never got my order. Went inside they gave it to someone else and just left us waiting. No burger is worth nearly hour wait. Bad customer service.
The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is awesome. Highly recommend.
