Horrible service by the barista. Wasn’t nice. I ordered whip didn’t get it…went up and asked if I could have some whip. I got the rudest look and the littlest amount of whip! I also asked for suggestions for coffee less for my son and wasn’t helpful.
I ordered light heavy cream and it had more than usual so I politely asked for more iced coffee to balance it out, every Starbucks I’ve ever been to has never had a problem (especially since they don’t put out the creamers anymore) but the girl said she would have to charge me… asked even if it was a tad but she said yes what a disappointment of a place, there are 2 starbucks between this location don’t come here, danada and downers grove are q lot better

This place is BEAUTIFUL a y time of the year. They have year-round programs for all ages. Well kept!! Timed entry tickets so be sure to make a reservation.
Went through the drive thru on Thanksgiving. I’ve worked thanksgiving and it was not super fun, however this staff was AMAZING! So fun, so energetic, completely made our day! Our kids also had a great experience!! What a wonderful thing to see these days!! They took such pride in their job and really made something as simple as getting coffee such a FUN and WONDERFUL experience!!! Bravo to the entire staff!! Will definitely be going to this location as our primary from now on!!
The worst customer service i am not saying all workers just a Sunday morning shift on 10/14/ he order me to have a mask i refuse his order because he was not nice his face was very sad. after min i put it musk, he refund our money he did not serve us.He should find another job not to work with people. I am old Starbucks customer i spend a lot of money for years and he refuse our order did not served us.I was with friends and this guy with 2 girls have no experience with customers and they are fake we we left place saying Baaaayyy making fun with us. I will newer go there it was my first time to go to new location our favorite place was closed that morning also i will not to go to Starbucks place till that guy get fired. Thank you Starbucks to treating people like that.

I love this new Starbucks. People are so friendly and kind. Honestly makes my morning getting my coffee from here. It’s a total breath of fresh air because I know they won’t look at me weird if I order something different, they even give me suggestions! They also make the best drinks, even tho it’s a new location. It’s a bit out of my way, but it’s so worth it!!!
Never had service this great at any Starbuck's before. The lady who took the order asked for my new for the order and then thanked me by me. She is upbeat and efficient! Bravo!
