The service here is good and it is very clean. This Starbucks has a reduced rating because of the location. It is located at the end of a strip mall. The drive-thru does around the right side of the store at the end of the strip mall and follows around the back. The parking lot is not very deep, so cars will sometimes back up to the lot entrance from the street. The other thing that happens is that the drive-thru line will sometimes block the cars that are parked directly in front. I will often pass up this location after viewing the dribe-thru line.
Horrible service by the barista. Wasn’t nice. I ordered whip didn’t get it…went up and asked if I could have some whip. I got the rudest look and the littlest amount of whip! I also asked for suggestions for coffee less for my son and wasn’t helpful.
While this location can be SUPER busy and the drive thru AND the parking lot are hard to navigate. But they make their drinks SO WELL. I just order ahead on the app for instore pickup
This starbucks has really poor service from all the starbucks i had went to this is the worst i was waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes they made me wait employees notice me outside the drive thru and kept walking away while i was in the window after 20 minutes someone comes out and tell me “ oh we’re closed” it made me very upset because they could’ve told me they were closed since before and i would’ve understand but the fact they made me wait 20 minutes was unacceptable worst experience.
Starting being disappointed. Not only it is a bad location, busy, roads etc but also few times the coffee wasn’t done as usually it should be, pumpkin spice isn’t the same as in other location, didn’t taste good, they gave less pumpkin syrup I think , also they don’t give coffee stoppers. For such an expensive coffee shop it shouldn’t be any imperfections.

Wonderful customer service from tall Justin! My Starbucks app disappeared from my iPhone and I really wanted to pay with my app and get reward points. Justin patiently took my phone once I was logged in and updated the account, as well as loaded the amount I had on a gift card! Then he even followed me to the pickup counter, discovered my coffee had been taken by someone else by mistake and made another for me!!
Went through drive through and ordered a flat white. When ordering I repeated myself 2-3 times on what I wanted. After I paid and started driving I began to drink and turns out they gave me normal black coffee. I went back right away and got there 5 mins after they close. I was going yo ask them to just give me some creamer instead of making a new drink but the woman working just stared at me and did not open the drive through window to see what I needed. She probably followed protocol of what to do when a customer comes after hours but it still doesn’t explain how they could get my order wrong. Will not be returning to this Starbucks location.
Nice convenient location. I wish they offered a faster drive-through service since the long line often extends all the way to main road.
