Horrible service by the barista. Wasn’t nice. I ordered whip didn’t get it…went up and asked if I could have some whip. I got the rudest look and the littlest amount of whip! I also asked for suggestions for coffee less for my son and wasn’t helpful.
Be aware of peak times getting really crowded. The staff is efficient and kind but between train commuters and high school students it can get very crowded and wait times can climb
Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Every employee is so friendly and I’m always surprised how fast my drink is ready :)
I'm a Uber eats driver and I've always found Starbucks to be a great restaurant for delivery. Everyone is really friendly and it's a go go go atmosphere and the takeout is always presented in a nice Starbucks bag that is well balanced so it doesn't fall over.
one barista women yelled at my two friends and i to leave because we were “being too loud” when we were having a conversation and laughing. we weren’t disturbing anyone in the starbucks (but her apparently) and they ruined my drink so terrible experience.

Changed hours and it not open until after 6:00 am. This makes it impossible to get coffee and make the 6:00 train. Super annoying.
Go there when we visit my brother in law in Glenn Ellyn. Great fast service.
