I’ve order from this establishment twice. Each time either one item is wrong or the whole order is wrong.I ordered a sandwich and soup, they sent me the wrong soup and tried to blame the Grubhub driver.Order again today, they gave me the wrong soup and sandwich. I go to call and let them know, nobody answered. Called about 4 or 5 times, still no answer. You’re also not able to leave a voicemail. When I called before, the girl on the line was quite just not happy sounding. I would not recommend this location to anyone who asks. Horrible customer service all around. If I could give no stars, I would.
Absolutely this restaurant is a joke very careless ordered 2 Italian sandwiches...mess up completely the whole think......all ingredients Absolutely wrong in both sandwiches!Terrible my last visit in this place! Horrible!
Well kept restaurant. Spacious. Bright. Quick service considering they seemed short staffed especially as the customers peaked quickly.
Gave me the wrong order and then never picked up the phone when I tried calling (three different times). This location has messed up my order before and looks like it has happened to many others.
Don't think I'll be returning. It's very conveniently located for me and has a drive-thru but 75% of the time, the ingredients are wrong on my sandwich. If I'm in a time crunch, I'm not able to go back and get another sandwich.
I have tried calling this location all weekend and they have not answered the phone. My order was incorrect and I haven't been able to speak to anyone at the location or the corporate office. Very disappointing because I use to love Potbelly until now.
Would rather give it 0 stars if possible. Pretty terrible to falsely advertise being able to pick up an online order by walking inside and get your order from the shelf only to have all of the doors locked without any signage and forced to sit in a long drive through line. May as well disable online orders for this location. Also refused to answer the phone after several attempts looking for an explanation.
This place is great. The milkshakes, yesssssssss. And with the little cookie on the straw ??
Waited way to long past pick up time, told them I had 2 orders, she was rude and said it was all there. Got home, missing sandwich and called to have the phone picked up and hung up. Would have given negative stars but that wasn't an option
C’mon Potbelly. What’s the point ofme ordering online for curbside pick up if I have to sit in a long drive-thru line to actually pick it up. Waste of time. I’ll come back when you open your door again.
