Terrible managed location. I live in Glen Ellyn, but every time I've been to this location I have a bad experience. They are always out of things, this morning it was bagels!!!! I have never seen a breakfast souffle EVER. Today only 2 old looking blueberry muffins on display counter. Don't look under the srvice counters while you are eating- you'll be sorry- it's filthy under there and the floor drain is covered in black mold ! We have switched to the very well managed Danada location where the place is bustling with people, customers and employees and very fully stocked fresh pasteries and breads- the way it should be. I instantly regreted going back to the Glen Ellyn location for convience only this morning. Never again.
Showed up before 8:30pm when the place closed at 9pm. Pulled up to the drive-thru. Two employees were taking the garbage out. They looked at us & went back inside. I double checked the time; little past 8:30pm now, they close at 9pm. Sat at the drive-thru for a few minutes & got no service. There's no way nobody knew I was sitting there. Fine, I'll just go to the Noodles & Co. down the street. Thanks.
Love ordering at the kiosk. Store was clean, service was quick. Avocado in my dish was so cold it seemed frozen, but otherwise no complaints.
What a terrible location. Orders are always wrong. I just spent a half hour on the phone with them, trying to get my order from last night charged correctly, and they flat out refused to look up the order in their system. They refused to answer their phone for am hour last night. Avoid this place at all costs.
I agree with a previous review that Jacob is amazing and should get a raise or promotion to management. No one else at this Panera has kindness for anyone.I tried to give these people a benefit of the doubt before leaving a 1 star review.I came a couple different times,inside and in drive thru. I was greeted with rudeness. Who knows maybe you should just check in on all your employees mental health. ❤️ <3 I don't know how work conditions are here or if coworkers get along with eachother bit something is definitely going on. Too many people have been ignorant towards me. I really don't like putting places on blast. I will leave off with a positive,food is always hot and delicious. Please if you read this whole review go to Downers Grove in plaza or downtown Elmhurst instead. Much love to this Panera I hope you get stuff figured out.
It was fast.my bowl of soup was a cup of soup in my tuna sandwich was really light tuna it wasn't a whole lot of tuna my sandwich it was more bread but I would come back again just to see if it's any different next time hope everyone is well and safe may God bless and listen to my prayers
Jacob is amazing.Please make Jacob the general manager or manager.Give Jacob a raise asap.Jacob displays amazing customer service skills. Jacob is patient. You should have more employees like Jacob.Heres the reason why it's 3 stars,it's because most of your employees are awful. Most of the employees here are snotty and rude. The only positive experience I've had here is with Jacob. You seriously need to hire better people and have them work on their customer service skills.If all your employees could be like Jacob it would be 5 stars.
This panera is is very much much in need of a remodel! THE BATHROOMS ARE DISGUSTING AMD SMAELL!!Thankfully they are moving to a new building with a drive through right around the corner.The Manager at this location is very friendly, excited she gets a new store!!

I went there last night to get two bread bowls, the lady says hold on let me check if we have any bread bowls at 4 pm. With the benefit of the doubt I went there again tonight, I ordered a Mac and cheese half sandwich and it came with nothing but cheese. I asked for a receipt and the gentleman told me they ran out of paper. Save your time, go to a different Panera bread.
