First off, I love this place. The staff does an amazing job and the food always turn out amazing. Best customer service experience! The team was genuinely friendly and the restaurant is spotlessly clean. I was very happy that I ate here! The chicken sandwich was delicious and juicy, with so much flavor! fries and nuggets are always great and hot. For fast food this ranks amongst the best. Consistency and quality are their strength. But be warned. The food is pretty addicting. I definitely will come back again.
Just left this location on may 7th, 2022 at 11:45am. Service was fast but not too pleased that I’m waiting at one of the tables for my order to be called and I have a young African American male employee come up to me and TRY TO SELL ME WEED while he’s on the clock. This McDonald’s needs new staff. Shouldn’t have people like that working here. Bad for business in every way imaginable.
This place needs to update their hours. Pull through the drive thru at 10:33 PM on Sunday, 4/11 and the lady states they were closed. I specifically searched for McDonalds that were open on Google Maps, so that I could get something on my way to work. Also the hours on the door states the drive thru is open til 11:00PM. Since that was not the case, update your hours and don't waste people's time.
The kids have been begging to go to the play place forever and were so thrilled it was finally open. The food wasnt very hot but it was served to us at our table quickly after ordering. It was clean. We were kindly asked to leave and told we could return but the employee needed to clean the play place every three hours and it was her designated time to do so (this cut our play time short as we didn't want to just sit and wait for it to be cleaned but glad to know it's frequently worked on!) The staff was friendly. There was also a really really loud element that when bounced up and down it banged (like a jack hammer) . The kids loved it but it was very disruptive to those not playing (maybe needs to be oiled). Also it was nice that an employee noticed my child didn't have shoes on when getting a drink at the fountain and told us in a nice way that for safety, shoes needed be worn outside of the play zone. Not many would have noticed or been kind in their delivery. Overall we were pleased and happy to be back!
Always here and they have been very fast recently. Used to be slow, it is a lot better. There is a young lady who is always helping and professsional she is fantastic- I t her name is Freda. very sweet and friendly Thank you. Sometimes employees are rude and turn their back but most of them are AWESOME!!!!!!
2 days in a row I have had my order eithe messed up or incomplete, 1 at the drive thru and then not 24 hours later when I had breakfast delivered, ordered the McMuffin combo, cinnamon roll and coffee w/ cream and sugar. Opened the bag SURPRISE!! I didn't even get the McMuffin, and did they even put cream and sugar in the coffee. Just Disappointing
The person taking the orders was very rude and very abrupt. I barely was able to give my order before asking if I was done. I understand everyone can be overworked especially during these times but this was just plain rude.

I place mobile orden i when to line 2 and wait 5-10 minutes for someone but never happens i when to the first window and the cashier in the phone i said okay when i get two the second window they told me to move it over because they meat was cooking i said well i not going to move i wasted 5-10 in the drive thrue and when i ask to speak with the manager “ alisha” i told her whats going on if the speaker don’t work or someone don’t wan to take ordens and she said yes the speaker in line 2 don’t work and i told her why you don’t closed the line if the speaker don’t works she told me because McDonald’s don’t allowed the store to closed the lines im okay don’t make any sense and ahe told me to move i said no i like to wait here and she reply me back said if you don’t move i will make you move like it or not and she scamming where is the phone for real she think treat customer going to solve the customer complaint calling the police for real i don’t how she is manager is she has bad days she need to control her self or find other job she like to do but definitely work like manager in the restaurant is not appropriate but these one going to be my last time i support owners has employees like her really bad experience today in McDonald’s never i have any kind of this drama
Just horrible. They shut play area down because they don't want to clean, speaking Spanish thinking you don't understand because your white LOL. Get orders wrong and some pretend you order wrong the whole time they are goofing around. Shameful
