Horrible customer service! Placed an online order and order was messed up. Received thin crust instead of stuffed crust. The manager (Severo C) was extremely rude over the phone when I called and in person when I showed up. I will not be bringing business to this location anymore. I watched the manager services other customers and he was treating them to same way rude and disrespectful.
Missing food on my order manager said he has "no time to refund me" my order for items not received and insists I must drive back this is appalling as I just spent 40 dollars and 42 cents at your store and I am treated this way I paid for items I never received and your manager hung up on me. I will not be returning to you're location the reason I went to this one is due to the west Chicago one being closed
Horrible customer service. Supposedly the manager of the store was on his phone the whole time dealing with me trying to teach my kid how to purchase something and the guy tries to overcharge him. Completely unacceptable no one should ever go to this location it's not worth the price total lack of respect for customer service.
I'm 100 percent sure these brownies don't look like as advertised. They are completely melted and running like liquid and the m&ms are like completely gone because they are melted. I don't know why they would put it in the warming portal oven when it's gonna just melt. I am Definitely not happy. And the other photo for the pizza is the 2nd time I decided to try ordering again. But I ordered the calzony pizza and they give me a normal pepperoni pizza with sauce. Which is about 2 dollars cheaper and not what I ordered. Ifk what it is but don't come here. They either need new employees or some kind of change. Go somewhere else where they get the order right.
I visit this special restaurant every couple of days because I enjoy the good air that is exist in this place. The team is extremely loving and experienced. The service is absolutely rapid. Not to mention, the food you eat is outstanding. I visited often and I was always pleased. The rate is modest. I suggest this place to to all.
Customer service terrible! Asked for more buffalo wings He only gave me 8pcs the ones he had already in there and the guy said he couldn’t make more and they close at 10pm and I arrived at 9:20pm at this location! Unbelievable just because he didn’t want to do it!! Maybe last time I come here.

Very rude customer service! Managers hangs up phone when asked to take an order then blames the Internet for problems when all he had to do was just take the order. Several phone calls were made with no answer…. Worst little Caesars in the franchise
Cashier guy who work there doesn’t how talk with the customers some guy give the pizza for 5 dollars some people say 8 dollars I don’t understand they sell the pizza. I think they have own prize for pizza they don’t follow the Banner price,
