Oh boy am I excited to share my story. It’s this day of American dreams, Memorial Day To be exact. I had told my sister and her boyfriend to make their way to this exact location for some nice food because I was hungry. But oh boy this caught me off guard when they FaceTimed me but not really cause this place already has horrible stories with me!(not having food, horrible service etc.) they had told me when they drove in they saw the employees sitting down in the dark trying to hide the fact that it was clearly open. Turn s out when they got to order they had responded with “it’s Memorial Day we’re closed.” At this point THEYRE not even gonna try to have some common sense and have some kind in them to at least stay quiet?! I’m so mad and I will never be coming back.
I went there tonight(4/11) ordered ahead at 9:07 they close at 10p according to google. They couldn’t even give me a refund and gave me a 1-800 # to get a refund. They were still open (or at least the Taco Bell was) so they could have given me a refund or something for the inconvenience. Either way more order still went through and if kfc closes at 9 update google to reflect that and prevent online orders coming though 30 min before close.

WORST KFC EVER. Service was horrible. Stuff didn't want to do anything. It was closed inside to begin with. Ordered chicken sandwich and it was so hard like they had re cooked it 3 or 4 times. Fries sucked as well not even warm and tasted so old .. I asked for a knife and guy there said I put a fork in the bag . I said I wanted a knife and he's reply was "oh " ugh " then I was like do u have any and he was like I don't think so not right now .. he just didn't want to walk and get me one . When I pulled up employees were sitting in dining area . Never again . If I could give no stars u would .
Asked for a bucket of wings and drumsticks.. ended up getting thigh's and drumsticks. Half the chicken was light in color, but the other half was a lot darker and had a strange odor and taste, as if it was old as hell. Went back and got a refund, but not even an apology from the cashier or the manager for trying to sell old garbage chicken.
Should be able to give zero stars for a place this bad. I cannot possibly say enough bad things about this location. Disgusting old food that’s been sitting under a warmer for hours. Stay away, do yourself a favor. KFC Corporate: PLEASE shut this place down.

The sides were cold, like not even luke warm... Thankfully 1 out of 3 was coleslaw...
Placed order online paid with credit card. Arrived at given pickup time and was told they were out of chicken for the day (4 hours before close). Was told they could not refund me because I ordered online and that all I needed to do is cancel the order online but the order shows as "completed" so cancelling is not an option. Complete unwillingness from this store to make thing right.
