They are open but not answering the phone= poor customer service
Clean, good service, and enjoyed my sandwich....
Besides them messing up my order, they remade my sandwich and it was delicious
1st time at this location, it's pretty small but great service and delicious sammaches!!!The window girl was cute and friendly too ?
This place has really gone down hill the last few months. It's a shame, I use to like getting food from this place. Not anymore. Also the staff...well if you can't say anything nice...don't say anything at all right. (Jimmy Johns....Freaky Slow not Freaky Fast as they advertise).Also good luck trying to order anything on line, because the on line system doesn't seem to be working right now.
Great sandwiches. Good service. New summer wraps are delicious. I loved the Chicken Caesar Salad one.
The last couple of times here, the drive-up's service has been very slow. We have joked that this JJ's is "Freaky SLOW". But last Saturday's experience was hard to believe. We waited in line at the drive-up at 1:30PM on Saturday and when reaching the order box we were told they have no French bread! Instead we could order an Unwich or choose wheat. Uh, no thanks. Management should have been able to estimate how much bread will be needed the next day. Very disappointing. We used to frequent this place every 2-3 weeks but I doubt if that will continue. Two stars for the quality of the sandwiches if/when they can deliver them.
So this location is the closest to my home and will continue to use it. Customer service here is very good. I really dont like mayonnaise and am very clear when I order no mayo. Going through the drive through they missed this part of the order. I didnt find out until I got home until I sat to eat my sandwich. So I called and without hesitation they rectified the situation and I was shocked at how quickly they jumped through hoops over a sandwich. Very impressed with that, won me over as a customer.
