Really disappointed with my 2 most recent visits. I understand that staffing is short but both times there was only one person working and he didn't seem to be very interested in being there. The last visit, my sandwich was wrong despite being the only customer in the store. Got home and there was no oil or vinegar on the sandwich along with no Mayo. Might have to rethink my choice of where I go in the future despite going there for years.
Good sandwiches but that where it ends. The staff was confused and extremely unorganized. Maybe someone can help with staff organization. All customers were very uncomfortable

The customer service is the best. They have the best sandwiches around town. I love they turkey sub Mike way on wheat. And they philly cheese steak. I do meeting here some time the manager Kenisha is so nice.
The doors weren't open when we got there at 11, but they opened at 10...I gave them a call and someone opened the door. So weird, the place filled up after that, so like did everyone just leave before us? ??? food was good and servers were nice. The pop area was kinda gross and sticky, which means it was all old gross because we were the first ones there.
Came in to pick-up my sandwiches and was shocked to see the employee who was making the sandwiches not wearing a mask. Then while I was waiting I saw him drop a ham on the floor as he was taking it out of the case- laughing he picked it up and put in on the counter behind him not into the trash. I will never eat there again. Wish I hadn’t already paid for my sandwiches because I definitely lost my appetite.
The guy making the sandwiches wasn’t wearing a mask at all and also kept the same gloves on for the whole time I was there - even though he wrote up orders, rang people up at the register and touched the meats and bread.
Best service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing! Great staff!
Came in an HOUR before close to an empty shop with no customers. 3 employees standing around doing nothing. Asked for a grilled Philly cheese and was greeted with a look of disdain and told the grill is shut down for the night. That’s a bad look when the store 9 min away had workers keeping busy, took my order and made it exactly the way I asked. Will not be returning to this location anytime soon.
