Worst Dunkin ever, went today and they messed up my entire order then forgot one of my coffees and told me I had to wait in line again mind u I was already in like for 15 minutes , rude employees by far the worst one I’ve ever been to
Went there for a free coffee (free coffee Wednesday) as I am a very loyal dunkin customer and I use the app etc. we had my phone and my hubby’s phone and he said he couldn’t give us 2 coffees because he didn’t have the managers pin to cancel the transaction and run it as 2 separate transactions. Now I know Dunkin employees do not know how to use a register but he was so rude and persistent I just ended up taking one coffee and going to a different Dunkin for the other. This location tends to be worse than others. But what do you expect when the coffee is free, I just wouldn’t go there if I’m pressed for time or on my way to anything important.
After placing my order. I was informed the donut I order are not available by I had a hard time hearing as the voice coming out of the speaker is so low. I ask what’s available donut once again I told him I can’t hear him then there’s a loud voice of a female jump on and recite the donut they have but it so fast I did not catch what she said, so I just told her give me whatever is available. As I’m paying I suggest to David they should raise the volume of the speaker, but he took offense start raising his voice and yelling to me to not say anything if I don’t know nothing. As a paying customer I’m offended by David’s behavior so I retaliate verbally. David you should work away from the customer and the other two lady with him good job for not doing anything.
Have got the wrong items/items missing. Also the drive through is the only main service they offer. Multiple times the door to the lobby is locked early morning and have banged on the window but ignored.
I don't like leaving one star reviews. The staff is very kind here. They just don't get my order right and it's frustrating.
Rude, slow drive thru, oven and toaster were not working so nothing could be made. Donut looked and tasted like it’s been sitting out a week.
store says it's open and the guy's standing there not serving anybody and it's three 58 in the afternoon and you're open till 6:00

Came here at 5:15pm on a Tuesday and they were already closed. Their hours posted on their window say they are open until 6pm. Thumbs down
