Other than some check out issues, the quality and service is good. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was perfectly toasted. This was an afternoon order and my experience at other locations has been stale bagels in the afternoon. However, this location served a very fresh bagel. While I still believe that Dunkin cream cheese really lacks in flavor, it was an ok addition to the bagel. I also ordered an decaf ice coffee with unsweetened coconut and vanilla. I asked for oat milk, but they were out. This seems pretty common lately. The coffee tasted like their Christmas blend. Not so sure it was decaf. I have noticed that when I do order two flavors, they sometimes reduce the number of shots. That's what happened this time. I enjoyed the flavor of the Christmas blend, but was disappointed in the flavor shots.
Seems like they’re always out of popular donuts, even relatively early in the morning.
I try n give places chances before a bad review but this location keeps messing up on my orders the last 5 times I've been here. Seems to have difficulty fulfilling orders correctly. My drinks are never full to the size I asked and even got a small instead of the large drink I ordered. Then even when I go back n let them know of the mistake still isn't correct.

Way too cheap to actually add caramel syrup or flavor to any drink and they just put ice. I got a refresher today and they messed it up 3 times and I finally gave up after getting a cup full of coconut milk. The drive through guy clearly didn’t know what he was doing either. Just avoid it this place. It’s worthless. Here’s a picture. Literally straight up coconut milk.

Every single time I come here, the customer service is just terrible! The wait time in the drive-thru takes forever even when I’m the only car. They also always forget to give me my ketchup. I’ve had to come back because my hash brows were burnt and my cold brew tasted like water. The Dunkin’ in Wheaton on Roosevelt Rd is a lot better!
AVOID THIS LOCATION - GO TO THE OTHER ROOSEVELT RD LOCATION. Worst coffee I have ever had. I asked for oat milk and specifically requested less ice. They barely added any oat milk and added a ton of ice. I came home and took out half a cup worth of ice. They’re too cheap to use their ingredients so they add a bunch of ice to take up space in the cup and water down your drink.
Come here at 9:50 PM to get a coffee and they refused to serve me. If you’re open until 10 pm, then serve until 10 pm. My medium coffee takes less than a minute to make. Not coming back to this location.
