I went to this location for the first time and really enjoyed the quality and amount of the food. I also was impressed by the staff.
Ordered two dishes online, buy one get one free. Picked up order and meals were terrific.
Left out part of my order and said it was my fault for not double checking. Then went to eat my partially missing meal to be crunching on rice thats easy to tell its undercooked when making. Idk if I can blame the staff or the management but either way it's a very poor experience all around.
We went there for a COD fundraising event. Resturant was very busy. Staff was very friendly and worked quickly to fulfill orders.
The order taker/food preparer had his mask below his nose. I pointed it out and he claimed it wouldn't stay up, acting like he didn't really care. I noticed the guy in the kitchen had his mask the same way. Given the mask mandate was not being followed and omicron being highly contagious, I did not feel safe. I was a regular customer, but not sure I'll be back.
The person making my meal was more concerned with chatting with their friends who were in line than they were with preparing what I ordered. As a result my food was prepared poorly. I will never come back to this location.
Chipotle is tasty, fast and done the way you want it. Friendly folks too.

The staff was super quick to get our order done! The proportions were big and I didn’t have to ask for anything extra. The food was delicious. The staff exceeded my expectations at this location. I’ll be back someday!
