The ruddest employees ever encountered in my life. I saw her fighting with the car infront of me for charging them 50c per Bufallo sause and 45c per ketchup. She spit on their car. Me being afraid being next, just asked her name, took my order and hit the gas paddle.This woMAN name is Carolina. DO NOT EVEN THINK TO ORDER FROM THIS BURGER sKUNK!!
I don't understand why corporate continues to allow the dysfunctional mismanagement of this franchise. Poor customer service, poor order checking, placing a order in the app is like not placing a order at all. I had to verbally check a CSR for walking away from the counter with my debit card in her hand. My card should never leave my visual line of sight. CORPORATE PLEASE Ctrl-Alt-Del this store and manager!

When I went the only 2 people working there weren't wearing masks. Considering the current pandemic is still going on, highly consider avoiding, esp if you're high risk. Food is to be expected
Almost 1/10 times that I go, it's closed during operating hours. It let's me order on the app for this store when it's supposed to be open even though it isn't. So bogus.
Been here 3x over the last few months, multiple times menu items such as mozz sticks and jalepeno poppers are not available. Why is it on the sign then?I ordered 2 impossible burgers, one was fine and cooked. The other one was pink and disgusting, ironically I didnt realize undercooking an impossible burger was possible, apparently it is.Fries were bland and unsalted as well. Not sure what happened to this location but it is very disappointing. I wont be returning here again. This place is empty for a reason. Corporate wake up, this location gives your brand a bad name.
Gone here 6 times in the past 3 months. 3 times my order was wrong, and the drive through speaker is still broken. Today I waited 20 minutes just for a whopper because no one decided to check the window until the manager came out.The food is...okay. Everything on the property is run down. Broken glass, roof falling apart, parking lot is crumbling and unmarked, and there's no sign of anything being fixed. If you really want BK head north to route 64.
Doors closed at 3:24 PM, they won’t answer the door, phone or service drive thru, someone is inside but won’t help us.Horrible experience
It was closed at 2pm on a Wednesday. No sign, no reason. Just closed. Probably for the best anyway. I had ordered via the mobile app. When i pulled up, I found that the drive thru speaker was broken, and a sign hung on it that said, “Speaker Dont Work, Pull Up to the Window.” At the window, there’s another sign that said they were short staffed, so be nice to the workers. Since I didn’t see any “Closed” sign, I waited, being patient and kind. I had some suspicions that something was amiss because there was no one in sight. After a couple of minutes someone (a cleaning lady?) told me through the window that they were closed. I’m surprised they didn’t have a closed sign, since they had a sign for everything else.
