Where do we begin the fact that I waited for nearly 5 minutes at the window for three sandwiches ask for sauce on the side and get told I can have one packet of sauce for every four sandwiches.Then he literally hand me my food before my credit card back and has a disgusted sigh when I ask him for my credit card back and then doesn’t give me my receipt.
Cleanest Wendy's I've been to in quite a long time. Nice
Always an excuse for the lobby to be closed…I made a mobile order to eat inside in case I need to refill my drinks.There’s always an excuse!!! Update the app so the customer doesn’t waist there time making the order and getting here to have the lobby closed!
Good food, a little more pricey than the Wendy's across town.
Came at 8pm high as a kite and they were already closed! Was looking forward to them spicy nuggets! There was a girl there sounded young and she was very rude and said they close early!
Google states they close at 10 pm, i come around 8:30 and was refused service and was told to kick rocks. When i asked for a manager they refused to let me to talk to a manager. Employees were sitting around not doing anything.
I was dissappointed with their $1 breakfast biscuits. Sausage biscuit was very greasy and did not care for it.
Usually ok but double check your order is all there!
This is not my favorite Wendy's location but only because of its location to me. The employees here are great and so is the food. The location in Saint charles that is closer to me frequently does not accept mobile orders or their server is down alot. When that location is down I will drive to this one or if I'm in the closer area because again the food here is great bit just located further from my house. Love using the mobile app to stack up free food rewards and they send you deals you can use as well. Love getting the chili but for some reason I'm not sure why even if you ask for sour cream with it its usually not in the bag. Still give five stars because it's minor but just wondering why because it never used to be like that in the past.
