So first the lady at the drive through was very impatient then we got the food and it was completely wrong from what we asked to have without - I asked for no lettuce and tomato on my chicken bacon and ranch sandwich and got no bacon instead. I asked for no green onions on my fries and got a lot of green onions. Then th e worst past the food was horrible. We couldn’t even eat it. Two bites and we had to throw it all away. Waste of 30 dollars we will never get back. Don’t waste your time. The food tastes like you are going to get food poisoning.
I've eaten here a few time as it's always been great. Place is clean, staff is friendly, love there are so many options. Today I tried online for the first time so I wouldn't have to wait as it's always busy and did this around 8:16am for pick up at 1pm. Even called to confirm they would make one item with beyond instead. I arrive at 1pm and am told it would be ready shortly. I waited 20 mins like normal. Do not get me wrong this place is great and I will be back but it's 100% pointless to order in advance as it will not be ready. Only downside otherwise this place is great!!
Food is good, restaurant management is horrible. Continuously have to wait ridiculous amounts of time. Today I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a double cheeseburger, just to find out they gave my order to the wrong car. Never again.Update: when I finally got my food, the order was wrong! What a waste of time and money!
Fries are great, food is good, and access to oberweis is the best.
Takeout. Overpriced for what you get. Burgers were okay. Kids chicken fingers he didn't even finish. For a quick burger / chicken would opt for Portillo's or chick fil a instead. cost for the cheese fries and the actual portion was laughable. between a mushroom swiss burger and a cheese fry I could have gone to Chilli's for the same price and better portions and equal or better quality. Portillo's would have actually been cheaper.Didn't order ice cream this time but usually just go there for a shake and a sundae. Personally I'd go some where else, equal quality at colonial or Batavia creamery and better prices but my wife loves the chocolate chip. Note I worked in an ice cream parlor for a decade who ordered their ice cream from a small batch farm in WI.
Delicious burgers and hot crispy fries! The pizza is good as well but today we had burgers.
Great burger and fries. I see some reviews saying Wendy’s is better - which is way off!! It’s not fancy, but it’s good cheap food. Good customer service.
