Their products are stale and their drinks are all ice. Coupled with bad service and overpricing, make this a business to pass on. From their $8 cookies and $6 tea to their $60 cakes. Don’t believe the hype.
I hosted a party here for my sister and it was wonderful, Esther is truly a pro! She was warm, professional and went above and beyond to make our event extremely special. The food was excellent and we got so many compliments on the party. I highly recommend Primo!
I hosted a baby shower a few weeks ago at Primo/All Chocolate Kitchen. It was done completely safely in the age of Covid. The owner, Esther had the dining room set up for extra ra social distancing and we also had the use of an adjacent room for gift opening and games. The whole area was disinfected prior to our event.Now that I have discussed the safety aspect , the event was fabulous. Esther has the most wonderful areas for decorating, hosting and other surprises. We had the High Tea and it was as beautiful as it was delicious. We were never rushed and Esther anticipated every need before and during the event. We had the most delicious and beautifully elegant shower.
Apparently they don't need any business because I've left messages trying to make a reservation for afternoon tea but no one cares about calling back. Taking my business elsewhere.
food was very good. small issue with service.. took a bit longer to get food because of a computer/register issue., but staff was honest and upfront about it. Coffee is amazing, as are all the chocolates.
Besides the chocolate... the pecan pie is fabulous! And the coffee is served in quality mugs that keep it hot.
I go there about once a month. great deserts and great prices. it's a great place for a ladies night. I go there with friends and I go with my kids as a treat
This is such a charming and whimsical place to have a cup of coffee (or other delicious drinks.) They have many chocolate sculptures to marvel at, including the tree in the center of the restaurant! It's a little pricey, but I would say that their prices are on par with Starbucks’, but these treats taste better. I have a hot chocolate each time I come and I can actually taste the chocolate in my drink! Simply delicious~
