Whenever I drive thru, they are really friendly and cheerful. You don't find that very often. I'm a fan of the green goddess Cobb salad.
Food was great and price wasnt to bad. However the restaurant was laid out terribly. There were so many nooks and crannies I had to search for the drink dispenser and again at the end to find the garbage can. Maybe just hang signs. I understand that most Panera's are set up this way but for a newbie it is frustrating to navigate.

Arrived here today and this was on the door. I'm glad to see the workers taking action and I'm disappointed in ownership for not compensating the people who make everything happen what they're owed.
This Panera has plummeted from one of the best to the worst in the region. Weird hours, closes on random weekdays, incorrect orders, long wait times, etc. They will email you that you order is ready and you’ll get there and wait 17 minutes while they’re still making it. So why send the notticiaiton then?

So sad. I love Panera. Ordered lunch for a group that we were training today. Only 4 people, simple order. Got everything except one salad. One person in our group did not get lunch. Called their delivery person - who worked for a secondary delivery outfit to see if they accidentally may have had one more bag . Nope- called the Geneva store and told them we were missing a meal. They even realized it was not the drivers fault/ the meal was left behind. They were sorry and could issue a voucher- or someone could come pick it up. Bottom line, One person (me) went without lunch. Made sure my team had their share, and no we did not have time in the day to go pick the meal forgotten meal up. Poorly handled. Someone even checked off on the receipt that all items were accounted for. I even tipped the delivery person $10. What a joke. Good luck Panera- you lost our business. A good business would have found a way to get that one salad to that customer.
Ordered for delivery. Which was quick. However we did not receive all of our order and for some reason they put a gallon of mayonnaise on the sandwich. Tried to call the Geneva location could never get through it just kept hanging up?Call Panera customer service and they were closed, no information on who to contact for delivery error, driver contact info went away as soon as delivery was made, pretty frustrating , our overpriced meal sucked
This location is just managed poorly in the evenings. The 2 times I've ordered from them I've received a wrong item, and today they gave me loose chicken mixed with barbecue sauce on children's wheat bread as my half a sandwich. That's just plain lazy. Not to mention mean. It tastes horrible. They also forgot the chicken on my salad that they charge a thousand dollars extra for but really what else is new.
Excellent for breakfast and lunch and dinner very nice people
