Placed an order for $110.00 plus a 20% tip, door dash driver came to door & quickly left without the order, the deli called door dash and they said they were sending someone else but the new driver never showed. When I returned the delis call they told me what happened and said I had to come get it. When I went in there were 2 customers and at least 4 employees, why couldn't one of them have dropped it off, I was only 15 mins away. I had to leave the meeting to pick up, when I got there they didn't even if a discount or a dessert for my trouble. Very disappointed, I wish I wouldn't have left a tip when I placed the order. Won't order again, did was cold & soggy.

Ordered curbside pickup; went home and found a hair in my food when I went to go eat it, called them and left a voicemail, still waiting on a call back. I’m pretty disappointed their service has been slowly going downhill. I am trying to be as kind as possible since we are still in the pandemic; but, hair in the food is a big mistake.
2 stars because of good customer service and nice envrionemnt. If not for that, it would be 1 star. The food is nasty. Tasted like old offbrand garbage. We got the McAlister signature wrap or whatever it's called. It had a crusty wrap, tasteless turkey, and old chewy bacon. And there wasn't even that much in it. Not cheap either. Hands down the grossest wrap I have ever had. Walmart prepackaged wraps are half the cost and a world of difference better for a comparison.Friendly employees and decent atmosphere but the food is very subpar.
Visited during a busy lunch. Staff got a bit behind bussing and cleaning tables. Had to clear dishes before we could sit but they were apologetic when they came to wipe the table top. Not enough horseradish in the beef sandwich I ordered. The mac and cheese looked like it had been sitting a whole. Sorry, kind of a lackluster experience but the bathroom was very clean.
Continuously disappointed in their handling of curbside orders and service in general. I order curbside orders semi-frequently, andI always leave a tip for them to come out, and they’ve maybe brought my order out to me once. Every other time I’ve ordered, i have to go inside the restaurant it I want it in ANY sort of timely fashion. I understand it gets busy, but there’s no reason it should take almost 40 mins for anyone to come out, ESPECIALLY when I tip them. I even try calling them 5+ times with no answer whatsoever. I literally order a blta sandwich with potato salad…how difficult/long does that really take???When I picked up my food inside today— after getting sick of waiting for 20 mins AFTER they said my order would be ready, I fell down because of the wet floor (with no sign) and bruised my shins and knocked my head on the floor. I basically had to BEG for service.Sure the food is good, but this specific location and their consistently subpar service is AWFULLY disappointing (at the very least).
Food is delicious! Their blueberry lemonade is amazing! Great atmosphere, Friendly and helpful staff!
I was told by someone to try the baked potato that has everything on it, they mentioned it was a large potato, I had no idea how large it would be till I got home and looked! Wow were they right! This thing is huge!!! I have never seen one so big and it tasted very good! Try it next time you go there-you will not be dissappointed!

I don’t understand why this place has fans. Been here 3 times and the food always takes forever, the service is terrible and no one seems to care about their job.My most recent visit was a 15min wait for 2 sandwiches with 2 other people in the restaurant. One guy ordered before I got there and didn’t even get his food before I finished eating. There was a hair in my food and the girl next to us had cold soup. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.
