What ever happened to "freaky fast"? Ordered 11:42 AM. Called Store at 12:43 PM and was told it left the store 15 minutes ago. That means from the time I ordered it to the time it was made was roughly 45 minutes. I could have drove there and back faster than this. After opening the sandwich, the bread was soggy, the mayo and mustard had completely soaked into the bread. Which means it has been sitting for some time.
Kudos to the two guys working on 3/24/22. I didn’t realize this location closed at 6pm and placed an order at around 5:40pm. I was running late and got a call from the store asking if I was still coming. I rushed over and the two young guys had already closed the store down but had waited for me to get my food. I had 2 hungry kids in the car and we would’ve been totally out of luck and late for my daughter’s school function if they had just decided to shut the store down on time. Please know I am very appreciative, especially having worked in the food industry myself… nothing worse than last minute customers like me! Please give these dudes some praise and a raise asap.
I understand they are short staffed but took over an hour to get my food delivered and every time I order my food is wrong. When I go in there to order there are multiple people just standing around and yet my order is still wrong. So I can’t really blame it on short staff.
Refused to make a mistake right. Ordered a sandwhich with bacon and cheese and avocado. “Decent amount of money in upcharges” didn’t get cheese or avocado. All I wanted was the cheese and avocado on a napkin for all I care. They explained they could do nothing for me. I called their corporate number and I guess that when a complaint is sent to corporate it’s also send to the store itself. Well their GM called me up just to tell me that she saw I complained to the “higher up” and that it wasn’t going to change anything they wouldn’t help me………….. GUESS WHO GOT A $10 GIFT CARD FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE. All this over a $3 mistake that could have easily been corrected. Will not return to this Jimmy johns. Batavia is just down the street
Food is great. Would be nice if you listed your hours on the building. Also, closing at 6pm daily now....really? Looks like I'll never have a chance to buy food from you again since my day, and im sure plenty of other people's, doesn't end at 6pm.
I ordered a sandwich at night a couple months ago and I had to wait 20 minutes in order to get it. When I finally got it the bread was soggy and the lettuce was stale. I called the store to complain and ask for a refund and they refused. I went in the next day with the bad sandwich and my receipt to talk to the manager and she still refused to give me a refund. She said that all complaints go through her and that she doesn't care about them at all. She needs to be fired. This was the most toxic service I've ever seen in my life. You guys used to be way better years ago. The behavior of that manager is just appalling. I really hope that the ownership actually does something about her behavior towards the customers, so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. I am never coming back to this sandwich place again. You guys can't be trusted anymore.
How do you guys mess up a sandwich when I tell what I would like then you repeat it back to me and still get the sandwich wrong? I said NO cucumbers you guys didn’t put any mayonnaise and barely put any tuna. Just a bunch of bread and lettuce. Luckily I didn’t check until I was driving off because it would have been a PROBLEM had I came back in. Will not be returning!!
Had many places but never mind service like Kyle and he made a mean sub!! Will be back A++!!!
Not Freaky Fast and don't care. Come on Jimmy Johns Managers, you can do better! I order from you every Sunday as a long time employee at a neighboring establishment. I ordered my usual sandwich a few months ago and it never arrived. 1 hour passed, I called and the unapologetic manager said we are shortstaffed... newsflash, so are we and the one's who ARE working in hospitality are getting hangry and making it hard to serve our customers. He finally sent a sandwich two hours later that was soggy and not edible. I called to let them know thank you but I couldn't eat my sandwich..he reluctantly put a credit on my account for a free sandwich next time. Fine. Today I tried to use it for my lunch (about 2-3 months post this experience), and I was greeted by a rude manager gal that said those credits expire after one month. I explained that your other manager never mentioned that and surely their is something you can do...I have ordered every week for the past 18 years. Nope, nothing and click. It's a $7 sandwhich...really?! Horrifying...I'll be ordering from Potbelly from now on.
The worker was really nice. She was over worked, but still was very pleasant ☺. My sandwich was very good ?
