This place works like clockwork never had an issue with using the app and placing and order and Clarissa and the other young man and even the cooks in the back take care of you
Why have they changed their pizzas??? Used to be the best pizza, now, I guess, with new ownership came changes. Time to find a new pizza place.
I ordered for curbside a pizza yesterday. The pickup time was over 1:12 minutes later. I waiting in my car for a while. There were at least 6 employees working inside and one customer. When no one came out I went in and waited. After a couple minutes the manager said "hello I noticed you were out there but I am trying to locate your pizza." He then went into the back and I waited at least 10 more minutes when He came back out he had my pizza but no instructions on how to finish baking. He went back again and when he returned I said "I am glad you found the pizza" he wasn't able to find the baking instructions so he wrote them on the box. He said "oh sorry, I had the pizza but was on the phone". I find it hard to believe that he made me wait 10 minutes and didn't have one of the employees bring the pizza out to me. During the 10 minutes I waiting, there was only one other customer who came in, a former employee and she was attended to immediately by another employee. Neither one asked me if I could be assisted and proceeded to talk about their lives, schooling and other employees who still worked at the Geneva location. When I got the pizza it was missing half the salsa. This was a disappointment to say the least.
Always the best . very nice people helpful Thay seem to like their jobs and do it well.Great food and service.
My only issue is that they always deliver early. Today I asked for 5:20pm delivery. Arrived at 4:50pm. It will be cold by the time my guests arrive. This has happened on numerous occasions. So beware of that. Otherwise…best pizza around!
Whenever we don't want to spend a lot eating out we grab a frozen pizza from Lou Malnatis. We come home, pop the pizza in the oven and 35 min later we love our meal in the convenience of our home.We always say how good it tastes
This place had been very consistent. But my last experience was terrible. We waited until 7:35 for food that was supposed to be done by 6:50. I work in foodservice so so get that things happen. But while waiting for service, there were literally 4-5 people standing behind the counter doing nothing to help customers.
Food is good, but for the price you pay might not be worth it as much. Still very very good food only really for special occasions.
Wow! Got ok pizza, just ok The Lou. And weird looking, not even crisp wings.15 minutes past pickup time.Multiple cars drove up, got their order, and left. I get the same order. This time it was not worth the cost.
Pizza was very watery, ordered a Chicago style and it certainly was not. Have ordered from here before and was very good but this time was very bad. Probably won't order again. So disappointed ?
