We walked in 1.5 hours before closing and the whole restaurant was messy. Several tables are broken, so there were only 3 or 4 tables to sit at. One staff member was very rude acting as though it was incontinent that we were trying to eat there. That staff member also turned away several customers that tried to come in around an hour before closing. Other staff members were fine and happy to serve us and others. I used to really love this restaurant, but it seems like maybe since covid it has taken a downturn in quality. The food was still decent, but a few ingredients I asked for were missing.

Such an adorable restaurant! The owners and staff were so nice and accommodating, great food, and all around wonderful experience in the heart of Geneva. A must for a lovely afternoon on Third Street!
Employees didn’t seem to know what was going on. Didn’t know the ingredients. I asked for tomatoes and was given hot peppers. They were out of tomatoes. Pop machine didn’t work. Counters were very dirty and dirty overall. Won’t be going back!
I love this restaurant.The pizza is so nice and light I don’t feel fat after consuming it.The drinks and view of downtown Geneva is nice too.I would recommend.

This is THE place my kids beg to go when we visit Geneva, and it never fails us! Great crust, toppings choices, and craft beer options as well.
Great Pizza, Terrible Customer Service.The only staff member that had even the slightest fraction of customer service at least said “thank you & have a great day”I’ve been coming with my significant other for the last year & it’s the same thing every time. No one knows how to communicate to customers coming in. Or at least 75% of the staff don’t. And there’s always that one guy that has an attitude problem that clearly shows he doesn’t wanna be here or tend to anyone’s needs.
I’ve honestly been here probably 50 times since it’s opened. In the last year the customer service is almost non existence. No greeting upon entering or even before ordering. Very rude, annoyed if I ask a question, and honestly — they don’t even seem to like each other. Terrible teamwork and attitudes by all.The only good thing is the pizza. But I’d rather get it as take out than have to deal with their rude attitudes.
