Ate at your restaurant about a month ago. couldn't wait to come back, food, service, value was excellent. Not so on our return trip tonight. Food was good but not quite as good, about 90%. Just didn't "POP" like it did first time. However, the reason for the review...service was very poor. Our waiter i think was also tending bar. If he wasn't he spent a lot of time there. Didn't catch his name, dark skinned captains beard. Simply un-attentive. Rushed us to order, had to ask for silver, never cleared our dinner plates, never asked if we wanted desert, had to go to the bar and ask for the check.
The wait staff did their best...seems that they need more staff. The food was decent and fairly priced. However, if you are planning to go with a group of 4 or more don't plan on having a conversation unless you eat outdoors. It is extremely noisy.
Had an amazing dinner, started with house made Truffle Burrata, incredible Asparagus & Mushroom Carbonara and Braciole E Salsiccia. The flavors of old world Italy food. The dessert was described an heavenly and lava carmel with house made Gelato top the evening can't wait to go back. Waiter nice friendly knew the dishes..
Don’t bother making a reservation, if you do make sure you confirm twice. It was my wife’s birthday on Saturday and I called on Monday to make a reservation. When we arrived they acted like they did not have our reservation then a table of 10+ came in without a reservation right before us and they sat them over keeping our reservation. They were rude and acted like we were troubling them. This was a stop that my wife wanted on her Bithday because of past experience, thanks for nothing and we will not be back.
A great place for Italian food and pizza. A break from the large chain restaurants. The service can use improvement, but good food and great location.
I had a lunch several times. Casual atmosphere and nice staff. Acceptable kitchen.
Full house for dinner, noise level was high making conversation at table of 4 challenging. Nice menu selection even for kids. Kids menu was interactive but no pencils/crayons supplied. They were out of milk for kids. Food was delicious and served at the correct temperature. Timing needs to be worked on salad and app were served at the same time and entrees 3 minutes later. Plenty of containers available for leftovers. Yes will be back again.
My family and I enjoyed our selves. This is one of the best restaurants when it comes to flavor! All of the food was great and the service was pretty good!! We tried so many different things and we were not disappointed!!! We will visit again!
Highly recommend! Our travel basketball team (25+ people) stopped in unannounced to refuel between games and the restaurant staff handled the sudden rush with ease. The food and ambiance were amazing and the staff was so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
