I just want to write a little something about Corner Bakery in the Geneva commons….I just overheard the most arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional conversation occur between the evident manager and two young girls (employees). These two girls were working their butts off to get the line of customers served and clearly were multitasking very efficiently. Said manager walks up and snaps at the both of them in front of myself and several other customers. I want to applaud those two young ladies that were working today as they handled her disrespect with poise and continued about their jobs despite her utter lack of respect for their hard work. Absolutely disgusting to witness.
Met my family there for lunch. Always good.
Don't bother ordering a large drink to go. They give you a medium instead because they don't have lids for a large.
Used to be our go-to breakfast and lunch spot, eating here at least weekly. but restaurants sink or swim based on local management. Filthy glass doors lead you to high prices, slow food prep, confusing breakfast vs lunch choices and timing, and worn booth cushions. Low volume of diners yet still grungy cleaning. We eat here now only in a pinch.
Complete waste of money. Sandwich and salad, really $25?! And nearly $4.00 for a bottle of water?? Food was blah and staff seemed unfriendly. Don't waste your time!
Their cinnamon creme coffee cake is amazing. It usually sells out.
My wife and I each got the pick 2 so we both got a panini and a bowl of chicken soup for her and a broccoli and cheddar soup for me. The panini was delicious but the soups were just ok. Then we got 2 mini Bundt cakes, 2 lemon bars and brownie bites to go. We wish that we didn't get all of it because everything was just ok.
Hadn't been here before and we really enjoyed Panini. Also, my wife asked for something and Manager helped with great service.Great experience and we will be back.

This place every time we order out or door dash they send the smallest blackest two day old avacados because they feel they can get away with it. They never do anything about it and even said one time we were getting two free meal vouchers mailed to us. Guess what they never came. Food would be great if they gave the smallest ounce of care about quality but they don’t
