Chicago White Sox and Jennifer the server is great. Very polite. I highly recommend BWW in Geneva, Illinois.
Poor service, party of 8, six got their meals, two waited another 20 minutes
Wings are always good here. Service and cleanliness is always terrible.Our chips and salsa came out in about 7 minutes and our server didn't come back with drinks for 15 minutes. We sat another 25 minutes until the wings came out. 3 of us had soda, beer, and 30 wings. We asked for the check as soon as we were finished eating. The whole ordeal took 1.5 hours. Very slow.There was also napkins and straw wrappers all over the floor, even after tables were cleared. The women's bathroom was dirty again. I complained to the manager the last time I was in and actually used the bathroom. I probably won't use it I the future. The sink was gross and spider webs were everywhere.The server had no urgency in anything. It took way too long for bar drinks. The wings were good and hot but took way too long as well.Not sure I will return any time soon.
If you like to gamble, this is a place to go. You can place bets on what they will miss or mess up from your order. I've never ordered from a restaurant and had things messed up so much. There is, not exaggerating, a 100% guarantee your order will be messed up if you order "to-go." I got a 5 piece chicken tender meal, there were no French fries. How does that even get messed up? It's a part of the order. I've been getting food from here for years, but I've finally had enough.
Wings were decent. Service was not. Waitress disappeared for over 20 minutes once food arrived. No refills.
Long time customer at several locations, food was good and service ok. The 2 issues were all the dirty plates and empty glasses were never removed from table. When I asked if server could please remove some plates she got upset.#1 complaint is there are no more paper checks. The only way to pay the bill is if they send me a text, text takes me to a link, then I must enter all my own credit card information myself. I asked server for l paper check and she said nope.Sorry, will not be back for dine-in or carry-out. I have thousands of points on my app and they can keep them. Why do I have to bus my own table and handle the entire payment process?Lastly, be very careful with this new payment method. Not only do they automatically add 20%, but they add it AFTER tax. By the way, good luck reading the tab, they use the smallest font on planet earth.
The worst Buffalo Wild Wings. I took my family of four in on a Saturday at 1230, it was at about 25% of capacity. Service was horrible server was non existent I had to get up and ask for the hostess for our waitress after 20 minutes. Mens room was filthy. When our food came out it was in shifts. Our sides came out 10 minutes prior to our wings. Then when the wings came out they were over cooked and dry with hardly any sauce. So many better options in Geneva over this over priced shell of what this place used to be. Save your money and go somewhere better.
Place was not well kept and the food was not good. Personally, I don’t like the over sauced wings and I got spicy garlic soup with chicken. Next time I will make sure to make sure I ask for less sauce
Your order will be messed up every time you order. If you do not check the items yourself something will be missing. Managers are quick to blame door dash and uber eats drivers as well. Will never eat here again.
I ordered a chicken Buffalo ranch wrap with chips&salsa instead of fries. Pretty simple order for pick up. What I got was a parmesan garlic wrap with fries. The kicker is it looks like someone (employee) tried to take off the sticker. So I don’t know if this wrap was sitting all day and they decided to give it to a takeout person- because who opens the box and checks the order before they leave?! This is the 2nd time in the last month they’ve butchered the take out order. I get that mistakes happen but you can clearly see someone tried to take the parmesan garlic sticker off the box….
