Located along the Fox River, Atwater's in The Herrington was a wonderful place to celebrate a special intimate event. We celebrated our anniversary. The ambiance was lovely and we were able to have a personal conversation easily. The staff attentive, but not invasive and assured all our needs were met before we could ask. The flavor of the food was delicious overall. The chef prepared a special pork belly appetizer that was outstanding. We would definitely recommend this quaint place to others.

Filet mignon and Steaks were excellent. Wow, their wine selections were great and inexpensive. We totally enjoyed the meal and ambience. After dinner, we went out to the river front, which was just relaxing. We had great time with daughters. It was a memorable event. Recommend.
