Sizes sizes sizes.. I guess getting your value for your money at Atlas went the way of the bird! We’ve been going to Atlas back in the original days of the huge pieces of chicken tenders. After about a year of those they got smaller, but would give you an extra piece or two per 4 piece to make up for it. Tonight was just a joke of sizes. The chicken is the size of my finger and no more extra pieces. Also they went extremely small on their Rice and Beans side. I mean what can be cheaper than Rice and Beans and they’re even cutting the size drastically on that? We are so upset because the flavor is still so good, but with the current inflation rate, it’ll be a hard decision to go back based on the size of the meals they give out now.
Thought I would try this place out, I had a sample of Altus Chicken during the Chicken run in Geneva, IL. I immediately fell in love with the rice balls? so I thought I would visit the actual location...you won't be disappointed the food is awesome..make sure you bring your appetite with you! I definitely recommend this establishment their are several restaurants in the area BUT this is a must visit...trust me on this
Love the food here.They 100% of the time ignore all order notes.Incredibly frustrating.Their food is great!I never get utensils. Ever. Even though I request them every time I order.Food is delicious.My sauce never gets put on the side, even though I request it every time.Their food is awesome.
Best place in this area. I stumbled upon this place through app and it is now my new go to. Great taste every time, pride in preparation, packaged perfectly. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you for such a great place. I love the tangy cabbage and carrot
The chicken is pretty good far as taste and crispiness. But I rate this low for the fact I paid about 12 dollars for a 4 piece strip and a small fry. Now the fingers are about the size of a human finger. Super small for that price of 7 dollars for a 4 piece. The worse part of it all was I had 3 pieces of chicken not 4. Please learn how to count if you are going to over charge for chicken smh. I will not be back to this establishment. I rather go to raising canes chicken fingers when I want chicken fingers.
Long wait times, try to order ahead or be ready to wait. I have heard rave reviews about their chicken sandwich, it was just okay. But overall pricy for the product. I was informed I need to try the riceballs..we will see. Might go back.

Needs serious improvement for online pickup orders. The girl at the second window refused to acknowledge us for fifteen minutes-- we didn't even get to tell her out pickup order name because she refused to open the window even after we knocked. At this point we don't even care how good the chicken is-- we won't come back. :(
