I ordered elk medallions, the portion was very small, no larger than a morsel. Tried to get it replace with Jordan Locke, no success. He was not willing to work with me at all. Customer service is very poor. Don't order from this company! Will never order from them again. Do you think they care? I do think so! Only wasting my time writing this because I'm upset with them.
delivery service is very poor through the 3rd party delivery service called Roadie. They will not treat your food with care, they will not call you, nor leave a voicemail or an email when they show up. They do not call you or make contact and will drive off. second time.
This is like paradise for grilling enthusiasts. They have all kinds of meat. The staff is super helpful, and prices are good.
Used to absolutely love Wild Fork Foods until my last order. Placed an order 6/12/22 and was told on the 15th (the delivery date) that it hadn’t been shipped due to a supposed dry ice shortage but that it would be going out soon. Fast forward to today 6/20/22 and I called and was told it was still processing. Cancelled order and will never order from here again. Dry ice is not a scarce commodity as it’s essentially condensed CO2, and they should’ve figured something out within 8 days! Absolutely insane!!!
GREAT FIND IN EVANSTON. ONLY PLACE I HAVE FOUND GREAT VEAL. STAFF IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGIBLE AND VERY HELPFUL..SO EXCITED TO START COOKING CREATIVELY AGAIN.

Very nice place! All the people there are really helpful and friendly! We bought charcoal there and the quality was really nice! Best place for a barbecue party pre-shopping!
Heard about this store from my husband and was excited about it's opening. Loved shopping at the Wild Fork. This store offers a variety of meat and some vegetables and desserts. Everything is frozen in freezers. I found their prices to be good. I can go to other grocery stores and spend more than I spent here with no meat. My family will definitely shop here again, very friendly and helpful staff. Made our first shopping experience at the Wild Fork pleasant.
