Great place. But rude and entitled waiter. Male in shorts who told me I could not smoke my cigar outside the restaurant. Which is fine .. as Evanston law prohibits that. But the prissy manner he told me was uncalled for. Rude and unnecessary. Pity as Wine Goddess is a very nice place for a drink and a snack
