Really good customer service. Everything was fresh and clean I would totally come back here.
Don't eat here, please just don't...Details...[1] the door states to eat in you need vaccine proof. No one checked and didn't care[2] Men's Bathroom was in horrendous care, toilet paper all over, filth covered toilet seat and just made it impossible to use the bathroom.[3] food is not replaced in a timely manner. I had the buffalo chicken and it was just not right. I skipped a few toppings because they were just old and dehydrated. It was really horrible in this subway.[4] staff irritated that I want to scan for my loyalty points and ultimately gave up and just wanted me to leave by the glare I was getting at checkout.Please avoid this subway. Steak and Cheese melt had a few shreds of old-tasting steak, barely noticeable cheese, stale tasting bread. Very dry sub. Dry. Bad. Just bad.
Went into there around 2pm, the so called sandwich artist couldn't follow directions, made my sandwich in a rush and sloppy, wont be returning to this location ever

Horrible service he made my sandwich wrong and I gave him a paper with instructions But he didn't toast the bread. Really rude and I come at least 2 a week well never again. And my fellow Evanstonians you should boycott this place customer service sucks. I wish I can give Them 0 stars that's what subway on Dempster and Dodge deserves.
Worst experience ever, the door was locked 20 minutes before their closing time and the OPEN light at the door was glowing but they didn't even bother to look if someone is trying to enter and they noticed still ignored.I would never go back to this place again, I thought am the only one having this experience but when I came to write a review I noticed that there are too many reviews like mine.
This is the best subway I have ever been to in my whole life, I love to go there every day on my lunch break! The staff is nice and polite.
I would never go back. The manager was very rude the whole time . My sandwich was sloppy I asked for it toasted & it wasn’t. To top it off, there was some type of BUGS mixed in my food(about 2 of them).She refuse to listen to me and the other two male employees that was there was on help!!Worst subway ever!!!
When a, Subway franchise does not allow drink refills, it is dead to me. I will go out of my way to avoid this store in the future. Instead, I'll patronize another Subway that actually values their customers.
